Claims (6)
- a) 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 30~70wt%와 아크릴로나이트릴-부타다이엔-스타이렌 30~70wt%의 혼합물 및 상기 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여 유리섬유 또는 탄소섬유 1~30중량부를 포함하는 성형체를 제조하는 단계;
b) 상기 성형체에 반응성 폴리우레탄 조성물, 나이트릴 부타다이엔 고무, 스타이렌 부타다이엔 고무, 열가소성 고무 또는 실리콘 고무로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상을 포함하는 고무 조성물을 코팅한 후 경화하는 단계;
를 포함하는 복합성형체의 제조방법으로 제조된 바퀴. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계의 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트는 재활용폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합성형체의 제조방법으로 제조된 바퀴. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계의 성형체는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리카보네이트, 나일론, 열가소성폴리우레탄, 스타이렌-부타다이엔-스타이렌에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 수지를 더 포함하는 복합성형체의 제조방법으로 제조된 바퀴. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 폴리우레탄 조성물은 폴리올을 포함하는 제1용액과 이소시아네이트를 포함하는 제2용액의 2액형 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합성형체의 제조방법으로 제조된 바퀴. - 삭제
