Claims (9)
- 폐 PET의 용융수지를 핫오일로 냉각하여 반 고체화시키는 단계(S10); 상기 수지를 압출한 후, 우레탄을 이중 압출시키는 단계(S20); 상기 우레탄이 코팅된 성형체에 카본시트를 래핑 시키는 단계(S30); 상기 카본시트를 결합한 성형체에 유리섬유질을 압출시키는 단계(S40); 로 이루어지는 폐 PET소재를 이용한 고강도 소재 제조 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,폐 PET의 용융수지를 핫오일로 냉각하여 반 고체화시키는 단계(S10)에서는 용융된 PET수지를 150~160℃의 핫오일로 냉각하여 반 고체화 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 PET소재를 이용한 고강도 소재 제조 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반 고체화된 PET수지를 압출하여 우레탄을 이중 압출시키는 단계(S20)에서는 PET수지를 하향식으로 압출하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 PET소재를 이용한 고강도 소재 제조 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 우레탄이 코팅된 성형체에 카본시트를 래핑 하는 단계(S30)에서는 우레탄을 코팅한 성형체를 냉각 및 건조시킨 후, 카본시트를 래핑 시키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 PET소재를 이용한 고강도 소재 제조 방법
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 반 고체화된 PET수지를 압출한 후, 우레탄을 이중 압출시키는 단계(S20)에서 형성된 성형체를 고온수에 통과시킨 후, 인발 가공을 하여 완전한 형상의 제품으로 성형하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 PET소재를 이용한 고강도 소재 제조 방법
- 폐 PET소재를 재활용하여 압출 성형에 의해 제조한 소재에 있어서,상기 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 제조방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 PET소재를 이용한 고강도 소재
- 폐 PET소재를 재활용 하여 소재를 생산하는 제조 장치에 있어서,용융시킨 PET수지를 하향식으로 압출하여 표면에 우레탄을 이중으로 압출시키는 PET원료 압출기(10)와, 상기 PET원료 압출기(10)를 통한 성형체의 이송을 수평방향으로 전환하여 고온수에 통과시킨 후 원하는 형상으로 가공하는 인발기(20)와, 상기 인발기(20)를 통한 성형체에 카본시트를 래핑 하여 코팅하도록 하는 카본시트 래핑기(30) 및 상기 카본시트 래핑기(30)를 통한 성형체에 유리섬유질을 압출하여 형성토록 하는 유리섬유질 압출기(40)로 이루어지는 폐 PET소재를 이용한 고강도 소재 제조 장치
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 PET원료 압출기(10)는 하향으로 압출되는 PET수지를 출구측에서 반 냉각시켜 고체화 시키도록 하는 성형사이징 틀(14)을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 포함하는 폐 PET소재를 이용한 고강도 소재 제조 장치
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 인발기(20)는 하향으로 압출되어 고온수를 통과하는 성형체의 이송을 수평 방항으로 전환시킴과 동시에 텐션을 조절하여 가공을 용이하게 하는 가이드롤 러(15)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 포함하는 폐 PET소재를 이용한 고강도 소재 제조 장치
