Claims (24)
- 直列通信網及び並列通信網に接続されたマスターBMSと、N個(Nは2以上の整数)のスレーブBMSとを含むバッテリーパックのマルチBMSに対する固有通信識別子割り当てシステムにおいて、
前記直列通信網と通信インターフェースを形成して、選択的に順方向または逆方向起動信号を出力する少なくとも二つの第1及び第2マスター通信チャネルを含み、前記スレーブBMSに前記並列通信網を介して固有通信識別子を割り当てるマスターBMSと;
前記直列通信網を介して受信した順方向または逆方向起動信号に応答して起動を開始し、前記マスターBMSから前記並列通信網を介して識別子の割り当てを受け、起動信号の伝送方向に沿って隣接するスレーブBMSに起動信号を出力する第1〜第NスレーブBMSと;を含み、
前記スレーブBMSは、前記マスターBMSから固有通信識別子の割り当てを受け、それ以上の固有通信識別子が割り当てられないようにマスキング設定を行うマスキング設定ロジックを含むことを特徴とするマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。 - 前記マスターBMS及び前記N個のスレーブBMSが、直列通信網を介してリング構造で連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。
- 前記マスターBMSが、前記第1マスター通信チャネルを介して順方向起動信号を出力し、前記第2マスター通信チャネルを介して逆方向起動信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。
- 前記マスターBMSが、前記順方向または逆方向起動信号の出力を制御するマスター制御ユニットを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。
- 前記スレーブBMSが、前記直列通信網と通信インターフェースを形成する少なくとも二つのスレーブ通信チャネルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。
- 前記スレーブBMSが、前記直列通信網を介して受信される順方向または逆方向起動信号を感知してBMSの起動を制御し、前記並列通信網を介した前記マスターBMS側への識別子割り当て要求信号の出力を制御するスレーブ制御ユニットを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。
- 前記スレーブ制御ユニットが、前記マスターBMSから固有通信識別子の割り当てを受け、前記順方向または逆方向起動信号の伝送方向に沿って、直列通信網を介した隣接スレーブBMSへの前記起動信号の伝送動作を制御する起動信号伝送ロジックを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。
- 前記マスター制御ユニットが、前記スレーブBMSに割り当てた固有通信識別子の個数に関するデータを利用して、識別子が割り当てられたスレーブBMSの個数及びバッテリーパックの充放電容量を確認する容量チェック制御ロジックを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。
- 前記マスター制御ユニットが、前記第1マスター通信チャネルを介して順方向起動信号を出力した後、予め設定された時間内に前記第2マスター通信チャネルを介して起動信号を受信できなければ、前記直列通信網に故障が発生したと判断する故障判断制御ロジックを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。
- 前記マスター制御ユニットが、前記直列通信網に故障が発生したと判断した場合、前記第2マスター通信チャネルを介して逆方向起動信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。
- 前記並列通信網が、CAN通信網であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。
- 前記直列通信網が、デイジー・チェーンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。
- 前記マスターBMSが、起動信号を出力する第1及び第2マスター通信チャネルの対を2以上含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2マスター通信チャネルの各対に前記第1〜第NスレーブBMSが直列通信網を介してリング構造で連結されたことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステム。
- 請求項1〜請求項14のうちいずれか一項に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当てシステムを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項15に記載のバッテリーパック;及び
前記バッテリーパックから電力の供給を受ける負荷;を含むことを特徴とするバッテリー駆動システム。 - 前記負荷が、電気駆動手段または携帯用機器であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のバッテリー駆動システム。
- 請求項15に記載のバッテリーパックを2以上含む電力貯蔵システム。
- 直列通信網を介して選択的に順方向または逆方向起動信号を出力する第1及び第2マスター通信チャネルを含むマスターBMSと、N個(Nは2以上の整数)のスレーブBMSとが、直列通信網及び並列通信網を介して連結されたバッテリーパックのマルチBMSに識別子を割り当てる方法において、
(a)前記マスターBMSが、正常モードと故障モード別に、前記第1マスター通信チャネル及び第2マスター通信チャネルの一つを選択し、選択された通信チャネルに対応する方向に前記直列通信網を介して起動信号を出力する段階;
(b)前記スレーブBMSが、順方向または逆方向起動信号に応答して起動を開始し、前記並列通信網を介して前記マスターBMSから固有通信識別子の割り当てを受け、前記順方向または逆方向起動信号の伝送方向に沿って、前記直列通信網を介して隣接スレーブBMSに起動信号を出力する段階;及び
(c)前記スレーブBMSが、前記マスターBMSから固有通信識別子の割り当てを受け、それ以上の固有通信識別子が割り当てられないようにマスキング設定を行う段階;を含むことを特徴とするマルチBMS識別子割り当て方法。 - 前記マスターBMS及び前記N個のスレーブBMSが、直列通信網を介してリング構造で連結されたことを特徴とする請求項19に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当て方法。
- 前記(b)段階において、前記スレーブBMSが、起動信号に応答して起動を開始し、前記マスターBMS側に前記並列通信網を介して識別子割り当て要求信号を出力する段階;を含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当て方法。
- 前記(a)段階において、前記マスターBMSが、前記第1マスター通信チャネルを介して順方向起動信号を出力した後、予め設定された待機時間内に前記第2マスター通信チャネルを介して起動信号を受信できなければ、前記直列通信網に故障が発生したと判断する段階;を含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当て方法。
- 前記(a)段階において、前記マスターBMSが前記直列通信網に故障が発生したと判断した場合、
前記マスターBMSが前記第2マスター通信チャネルを介して逆方向起動信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項22に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当て方法。 - 前記マスターBMSが、前記スレーブBMSに割り当てた固有通信識別子の個数に関するデータを利用して、識別子が割り当てられたスレーブBMSの個数及びバッテリーパックの充放電容量を確認する段階;を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載のマルチBMS識別子割り当て方法。
