Description
ポリエチレンは、流動性が良く、紙に均一に被覆することが容易であるが、その耐熱温度が60℃だけであるため、冷たい飲み物を収容することだけが可能であり、熱い飲み物を収容すると、ラミネートが毒性物質を放出して、収容される内容物が汚染される。そして高エネルギーによってラミネートが分解することを回避するために、ポリエチレンを主成分とするラミネートに被覆される紙で作製する食器は、マイクロストーブによって加熱することができない。
ラミネート作業を行っているときには、均一な粒子が紙に迅速で均一に分散する。各粒子の成分が均一であるため、ラミネート作業を行っているときには、ラミネートの品質が均一となり、不良品が発生し難い。特に、当該ラミネートの耐熱温度が従来のものよりも高いため、熱い液体と接触しても、熱分解による毒物放出が発生しない。

Claims (1)
- 混練方式により初期原料を加熱溶融して攪拌して、前記初期原料を再造粒して第2原料とし、前記初期原料の成分がポリプロピレンとポリエチレンを含むステップAと、
第1原料と前記第2原料を混合して加熱溶融して攪拌し、前記第1原料がポリプロピレンであるステップBと、
前記ステップBによって攪拌した原料を再造粒するステップCと、
前記ステップCによって再造粒した原料を加熱溶融するステップDと、
前記ステップDによって加熱溶融した原料を押出機によって押し出してラミネートを形成するステップEと、
前記ラミネートを紙の表面に被覆するステップFと、
を含むラミネート紙の作製方法において、
前記ステップAにおける前記初期原料は、80〜90%のポリプロピレンと、10〜20%のポリエチレンと、を含み、前記ステップBにおける前記第1原料と前記第2原料の比例は、80〜92:8〜20であることを特徴とする、
ラミネート紙の作製方法。
