Description
a)金型を閉じるステップと、
b)突き出し装置の突き出しピンのハウジングを横切り、金型からの空気の吸引を引き起こす、真空ポンプまたは吸引装置に接続された空気ダクトを作動させるステップと、
c)プラスチックを金型に射出するステップと、
d)金型(1)を充填するステップと、
f)成形品を冷却し突き出すステップと、を含み、
空気ダクトおよび吸引装置は、金型への材料の射出の間中作動する。
a)金型(1)を閉じるステップと、
b)突き出し装置の突き出しピン(4)のハウジング(3)を横切り、金型(1)からの空気の吸引を引き起こす、真空ポンプまたは吸引装置(7)に接続された空気ダクト(6)を作動させるステップと、
c)プラスチックを金型(1)に射出するステップと、
d)金型(1)を充填するステップと、
f)成形品を冷却し突き出すステップと、を含み、
空気ダクト(6)および吸引装置(7)は、金型(1)への材料の射出の間中作動する。
a1)上記追加の管路および弁(10)を作動させるステップと、
a2)空気ダクト(6)と追加の管路との交差を介して金型(1)の内部から空気を抜き取るステップと、
a3)弁(10)を閉じるステップと、を含む。
Claims (5)
- 型閉手段と、
液体状態の高温の材料を導くための少なくとも1つの射出ノズルを備える1つまたは複数の射出キャビティ(2)と、
成形品を抜き取る役割を果たす突き出しピン(4)のためのハウジング(3)によって形成された少なくとも1つの突き出し装置と、を備える、内部空気抜き取りプラスチック射出成形金型(1)であって、
突き出しピン(4)の少なくとも1つのハウジング(3)を横切り、前記突き出しピン(4)と前記ハウジング(3)の間に存在する間隙を介した金型(1)の内部からの空気の吸引を金型(1)への材料の射出の間中引き起こすための、真空ポンプまたは吸引装置(7)に接続された空気ダクト(6)をさらに備え、
前記真空ポンプまたは吸引装置(7)に接続された前記空気ダクト(6)と交差する追加の空気除去管路を含み、
前記追加の管路が、弁手段(10)を作動させる役割を果たすピストン(9)を備え、その弁手段(10)とピストン(9)の両方が、実行される射出プロセスのタイプに応じて前記弁手段(10)が開閉しなければならない時間を示す役割を果たすタイマによって制御されることを特徴とする、内部空気抜き取りプラスチック射出成形金型(1)。 - 前記突き出し装置が、前記突き出しピン(4)と前記ハウジング(3)の間に存在する間隙を封止するブッシングシール(5)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内部空気抜き取りプラスチック射出成形金型(1)。
- 前記ブッシングシール(5)が、ダイプレートに適切に固定された前記突き出し装置のそれぞれに配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の内部空気抜き取りプラスチック射出成形金型(1)。
- a)金型(1)を閉じるステップと、
b)突き出し装置の突き出しピン(4)のハウジング(3)を横切り、金型(1)からの空気の吸引を引き起こす、真空ポンプまたは吸引装置(7)に接続された空気ダクト(6)を作動させるステップと、
c)プラスチックを金型(1)に射出するステップと、
d)金型(1)を充填するステップと、
f)成形品を冷却し突き出すステップと、を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形金型(1)内の空気を抜き取るエア抜き方法であって、
空気ダクト(6)および吸引装置(7)が、金型(1)への前記プラスチックを射出するステップの間中作動することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項4に記載の射出成形金型(1)内の空気を抜き取るエア抜き方法であって、金型(1)が閉じられると、突き出し装置を介した空気の抜き取りと同時だが、プラスチックを金型(1)に射出する前に、
a1)前記真空ポンプまたは吸引装置(7)に接続された前記空気ダクト(6)と交差する追加の空気除去管路および弁手段(10)を作動させるステップと、
a2)空気ダクト(6)と前記追加の管路との交差を介して金型(1)の内部から空気を抜き取るステップと、
a3)弁手段(10)を閉じるステップと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
