本発明の実施形態に係る作業車両1の側面図を図1に示す。この作業車両1は、タイヤ4a,4bにより自走可能であると共に作業機3を用いて所望の作業を行うことができるホイールローダである。この作業車両1は、車体フレーム2、作業機3、タイヤ4a,4b、運転室5を備えている。
車体フレーム2には、タイヤ4a,4bや作業機3を駆動するための油圧駆動機構7が搭載されている。以下、油圧駆動機構7の構成について図3に基づいて説明する。油圧駆動機構7は、主として、エンジン8、走行用油圧ポンプ(請求項の可変容量型油圧ポンプに相当)9、チャージポンプ(請求項の定容量型油圧ポンプに相当)10、作業機用油圧ポンプ11、走行用油圧モータ(請求項の油圧モータに相当)12、走行装置19、コントローラ16を有しており、いわゆるHSTシステムが採用されている。
図5は、本実施形態における作業車両1の動作を示すフローチャートである。まず、ステップ1において、作業車両1は、通常運転を行う。具体的には、コントローラ16は、エンジン8によって走行用油圧ポンプ9を駆動するように制御し、走行用油圧ポンプ9から吐出された作動油によって走行用油圧モータ12を駆動するように制御する。
つぎに、本実施形態の作用効果について説明する。
本実施形態のコントローラ16は、還元剤供給経路66が異常状態となったとき(図5のステップ2)に、エンジン回転速度をローアイドル回転速度Niに設定し(図5のステップ3)、車速を所定速度v以上とするように、走行用油圧ポンプ9の吐出容量を上述するCpに変更する(図5のステップ6)ように制御する。このため、作業車両1は、還元剤供給経路66が異常状態となった場合にエンジン回転速度をローアイドルに設定されても、走行することができる。
上記の実施形態では、作業車両1としてホイールローダが例示されているが、ブルドーザなどの他の作業車両であってもよい。

Claims (15)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンによって駆動されることによって作動油を吐出する可変容量型油圧ポンプと、
前記可変容量型油圧ポンプから吐出された前記作動油によって駆動される油圧モータと、
前記油圧モータによって駆動される走行装置と、
前記エンジンからの排気を処理する排気処理装置と、
前記排気処理装置に還元剤を供給する還元剤供給経路と、
前記還元剤供給経路が異常状態となったとき、エンジン回転速度をローアイドルに設定するコントローラと、
操作部材と、
を備え、
前記還元剤供給経路が異常状態となったときに前記操作部材が操作されると、前記コントローラは、エンジン回転速度がローアイドルに設定されても前記走行装置の走行速度を所定速度以上とするように前記可変容量型油圧ポンプの吐出容量の増加させる、
作業車両。 - 前記可変容量型油圧ポンプの吐出容量を変更する油圧回路と、
前記エンジンによって駆動され、前記油圧回路に作動油を供給する定容量型油圧ポンプをさらに備える、
請求項1に記載の作業車両。 - 前記油圧回路は、前記定容量型油圧ポンプから吐出された作動油の油圧をエンジン回転速度に応じた油圧に変換するエンジンセンシング弁を含む、
請求項2に記載の作業車両。 - 前記油圧回路は、
前記可変容量型油圧ポンプの容量を変更するポンプ容量制御シリンダと、
前記ポンプ容量制御シリンダの油室に作動油を供給し、前記ポンプ容量制御シリンダを作動するポンプ制御弁と、
をさらに含む、
請求項3に記載の作業車両。 - 前記油圧回路は、
前記定容量型油圧ポンプと前記エンジンセンシング弁とを結ぶ第1油路と、
前記エンジンセンシング弁と前記ポンプ制御弁とを結ぶ第2油路と、
をさらに含む、
請求項4に記載の作業車両。 - 前記油圧回路は、前記第1油路から分岐して前記エンジンセンシング弁を経由せずに前記第2油路と連結する第1バイパス油路をさらに含む、
請求項5に記載の作業車両。 - 前記油圧回路は、前記第1バイパス油路に設けられた第1開閉弁をさらに含む、
請求項6に記載の作業車両。 - 前記油圧回路は、前記第1開閉弁と前記第2油路との間の前記第1バイパス油路に設けられた絞りをさらに含む、
請求項7に記載の作業車両。 - 前記エンジンによって駆動され、前記油圧回路に作動油を供給する前記定容量型油圧ポンプとは異なる補助油圧ポンプをさらに備え、
前記油圧回路は、前記補助油圧ポンプと前記第1油路とを結ぶ第2バイパス油路をさらに含む、
請求項5に記載の作業車両。 - 前記油圧回路は、前記第2バイパス油路に設けられた第2開閉弁をさらに含む、
請求項9に記載の作業車両。 - 前記操作部材が操作されたときに、前記油圧回路は、前記走行装置の走行速度を所定速度以上とするように前記可変容量型油圧ポンプの吐出容量を変更する、
請求項2から10のいずれかに記載の作業車両。 - 前記操作部材が操作されると、前記第1開閉弁の流路が開かれ、前記ポンプ制御弁に供給される作動油の圧力が増加する、
請求項7または8に従属する請求項11に記載の作業車両。 - 前記操作部材が操作されると、前記第2開閉弁の流路が開かれ、前記ポンプ制御弁に供給される作動油の圧力が増加する、
請求項10に従属する請求項11に記載の作業車両。 - 前記油圧モータは可変容量型モータであって、
前記操作部材が操作されると、前記油圧モータの容量が低減される、
請求項11から13のいずれかに記載の作業車両。 - 排気処理装置に還元剤を供給する還元剤供給経路が異常状態となったことを検出するステップと、
前記還元剤供給経路が異常状態となったとき、エンジン回転速度をローアイドルに設定するステップと、
前記還元剤供給経路が異常状態となったとき、エンジン回転速度がローアイドルに設定されても車速を所定速度以上とするように可変容量型油圧ポンプの吐出容量を増加させるステップと、
を含む作業車両の制御方法。
