Claims (10)
- 基板上に複数のTFTを形成する工程と、
前記TFTに電気的に接続された複数の画素電極を形成する工程と、
前記画素電極上に配置された少なくとも発光層を備える中間層を形成する工程と、
前記基板の全面にわたって配置された、前記中間層上に配置された対向電極を形成する工程と、
前記画素電極、前記中間層、および前記対向電極を備える有機発光部の前記画素電極の間に対応して前記対向電極上に直接配置された対向電極バスラインをエアロゾルジェットプリンティング法を利用して形成する工程と、
前記対向電極バスラインの上面および側面を覆うブラックマトリックスをエアロゾルジェットプリンティング法を利用して形成する工程と、
を含む有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記対向電極バスラインは、ストライプパターンに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記対向電極バスラインは、メッシュパターンに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記対向電極バスラインは、銀、金、銅およびニッケルからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つ以上の金属物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記TFTを覆う平坦化膜を形成する工程をさらに含み、前記有機発光部は、前記平坦化膜上に配され、前記有機発光部の画素電極は、前記平坦化膜に備えられたコンタクトホールを通じて前記TFTに電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記有機発光部の発光層で発生した光は、前記有機発光部の前記対向電極を通じて外部に放出されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記有機発光部の前記画素電極は、アノード電極であり、前記有機発光部の前記対向電極は、カソード電極であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記画素電極のエッジの周辺に所定厚さを有するように画素定義膜を形成する工程をさらに含み、前記対向電極バスラインおよび前記ブラックマトリックスを前記画素定義膜上に配置することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記対向電極上に前記有機発光部を密封する封止構造を形成する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記基板上にバッファ層を形成する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
