Claims (3)
- アンビル上に重ねて載置された複数の板状部材に振動するホーンを押付けて前記板状部材を超音波接合する際に、前記アンビルの振動振幅を振動センサにより測定する振動測定段階と、
前記ホーンの振動周波数と中心周波数が一致している所定の周波数帯域のバンドパスフィルタを適用して、前記振動測定段階において前記アンビルの振動振幅を測定して得られた振動データから前記周波数帯域のデータを抽出する抽出段階と、
前記抽出段階において抽出された前記データを積分して前記振動振幅の累積値を算出する積分段階と、
前記積分段階において算出された前記振動振幅の累積値に基づいて、前記板状部材の接合状態の良否を判定する判定段階と、
を有することを特徴とする接合状態検査方法。 - 前記判定段階は、
前記振動振幅の累積値を積分時間で除算した値を、予め設定された閾値と比較する比較段階を含み、
前記振動振幅の累積値を前記積分時間で除算した値が前記閾値よりも大きい場合、前記板状部材の接合状態が良好であると判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接合状態検査方法。 - 前記抽出段階において抽出された前記データの中から、前記アンビルが振動している時間のデータを切り出す切出段階をさらに有し、
前記積分段階は、前記切出段階において切り出された前記データを積分して前記振動振幅の累積値を算出することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の接合状態検査方法。
