Description
Claims (4)
- 高圧部用ケース体の内部へ高圧中継部及び二次コイルを収容させ且つ前記二次コイルを包囲する構造によって一次コイルを含まぬ空間を形成する工程と、前記高圧部用ケース体の前記空間へ第1の絶縁樹脂を充填させ高圧部含浸体を製作する工程と、前記高圧部含浸体へ前記一次コイルを含む非高圧部部品を装着させコイルアセンブリを組立てる工程と、前記非高圧部部品を第2の絶縁樹脂で含浸させ非高圧部含浸体を製作する工程と、を具備することを特徴とする内燃機関用点火コイルの製造方法。
- 前記非高圧部含浸体を製作する工程は、前記高圧部含浸体の少なくとも一部を含めて前記第2の絶縁樹脂で含浸させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用点火コイルの製造方法。
- 前記非高圧部含浸体を製作する工程は、一部開口を有する包囲体と前記コイルアセンブリとの間に形成される内部空間へ前記第2の絶縁樹脂を充填させる、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関用点火コイルの製造方法。
- 前記非高圧部含浸体を製作する工程は、注型金型と前記コイルアセンブリとの間に形成される内部空間へ前記第2の絶縁樹脂を充填させる、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関用点火コイルの製造方法。
