Description
Cs0.33WO2.97およびトリエチレングリコールエチルヘキサノエートを1:80の重量比で混合した。本発明で使用されるCs0.33WO2.97の量の重量は、1重量部として定義した。混合したCs0.33WO2.97および分散剤としてのトリエチレングリコールエチルヘキサノエートに、0.1重量部のポリホスフェートを加えた。充分に撹拌した後、Cs0.33WO2.97懸濁液を得た。
本実施形態で用いた可塑化可能な断熱組成物、および当該組成物を含む混合物は、実施形態1で使用した可塑化可能な断熱組成物および混合物とほぼ同様であった。本実施形態と実施形態1との差異は、本実施形態で用いた断熱粒子がCs0.33WO2.97Cl0.02であること、および使用したポリビニルブチラールの量を100重量部と定義して、使用した断熱性Cs0.33WO2.97Cl0.02粒子の量は0.5重量部だったことにある。
本実施形態で用いた可塑化可能な断熱組成物、および当該組成物を含む混合物は、実施形態1で使用した可塑化可能な断熱組成物および混合物とほぼ同様であった。本実施形態で用いた断熱粒子はCs0.33Sn0.16WO2.97Cl0.02であり、使用したポリビニルブチラールの量を100重量部と定義して、使用した断熱性Cs0.33Sn0.16WO2.97Cl0.02粒子の量は0.5重量部であった。
本比較例で用いた組成物は、実施形態1に記載したとおりの可塑化可能な断熱組成物とほぼ同様であった。しかしながら、本比較例で使用した組成物は断熱粒子を含まない。
本比較例で用いた組成物、および当該組成物を含む混合物は、実施形態1に記載したとおりの可塑化可能な断熱組成物、および当該可塑化可能な断熱組成物を含む混合物とほぼ同様であった。しかしながら、本比較例で使用した組成物では、実施形態1の断熱Cs0.33WO2.97粒子をアンチモンスズ酸化物粒子に置き換えた。前記混合物において、使用したポリビニルブチラールの量を100重量部と定義して、使用したアンチモンスズ酸化物粒子の量は0.5重量部であった。
本比較例で用いた組成物、および当該組成物を含む混合物は、比較例2に記載したとおりの組成物、および当該組成物を含む混合物とほぼ同様であった。本比較例では、使用したポリビニルブチラールの量を100重量部と定義して、使用したアンチモンスズ酸化物粒子の量は1重量部であった。
本比較例で用いた組成物は、Cs0.33WO2.97とトリエチレングリコールエチルヘキサノエートを粉体化せず、またCs0.33WO2.97をポリビニルブチラール、トリエチレングリコールエチルヘキサノエート、2−エチル酪酸マグネシウム、2−(2’−ヒドロキシ−5’−tert−オクチルフェニル)ベンゾトリアゾール、および3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシ安息香酸ヘキサデシルエステルと実施形態1に記載のとおりの比で直接混合する前に良く分散させることもせずに混合して混合物を得たことを除いて、実施形態1に記載したとおりの可塑化可能な断熱組成物とほぼ同様であり、その後これを190℃のT金型を有する一軸押出機の中へと注ぎ込んで、0.38mmの平均厚さの透明な断熱中間シートを押し出した。
本実験例では、実施形態1〜3の透明なサンドイッチ構造のガラスパネルおよび比較例1〜4のサンドイッチ構造のガラスパネルの透過率(%)を測定するためにUV−VIS分光計を用いた。その結果を表1に示す。さらに、ヘイズメーターを使用して実施形態1〜3および比較例1〜4のサンドイッチ構造のガラスパネルのヘイズ値を測定する。それらのヘイズ値も表1に示す。
Claims (7)
- 可塑化可能な断熱組成物であって、
5〜99.9重量部の可塑剤、0.01〜0.1重量部の分散剤、ならびに
CsxWO3−yCly(式中、0<x<1および0<y≦0.5)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの材料から製造される0.5〜95重量部の断熱粒子を含み、
前記可塑剤は、ポリビニルアセタール樹脂と相溶性があり200℃より高い沸点を有する溶媒、炭素数9〜20の脂肪族モノエポキシカルボキシレート、炭素数9〜20の脂肪族ポリエポキシカルボキシレート、炭素数9〜20の脂環式モノエポキシカルボキシレート、炭素数9〜20の脂環式ポリエポキシカルボキシレート、炭素数4〜22の脂肪族ジオールジエステル、炭素数4〜22の脂肪族ジカルボキシレートジエステル、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、前記断熱組成物で形成された透明な断熱中間シートにおける、550nmの波長を有する可視光線透過率の値と1200nmの波長を有する近赤外線吸光度の値との合計に100を掛けた積は172.6以上である、
可塑化可能な断熱組成物。 - 前記可塑剤がトリエチレングリコールエチルヘキサノエートである請求項1に記載の可塑化可能な断熱組成物。
- 前記断熱粒子の平均直径が100nm以下である請求項1に記載の可塑化可能な断熱組成物。
- 混合物を可塑化することによって形成される透明な断熱中間シートであって、前記混合物は、
100重量部のポリビニルアセタール樹脂、および
0.01〜60重量部の請求項1に記載の可塑化可能な断熱組成物を含み、
前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂は、ポリビニルブチラール樹脂、ポリビニルホルマール樹脂およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される断熱中間シート。 - 前記透明な断熱中間シートの厚さが100μm〜5mmであり、
前記透明な断熱中間シートにおける、550nmの波長を有する可視光線透過率の値と1200nmの波長を有する近赤外線吸光度の値との合計に100を掛けた積は172.6以上であり、かつ
前記透明な断熱中間シートのヘイズ値が0.9以下である請求項4に記載の透明な断熱中間シート。 - 前記混合物が、マロン酸エステル化合物、オキサミド置換アニリン化合物、ベンゾフェノン化合物、トリアジン化合物、トリアゾール化合物、ベンゾエート化合物、およびヒンダードアミン化合物からなる群より選択される0.01〜5重量部の紫外線吸収剤をさらに含み、
前記混合物が、硫酸エステル化合物、ホスフェート化合物、リシノール酸類、リシノール酸ポリマー、ポリカルボン酸類、シラン、ポリオール系界面活性剤、ポリビニルアルコール、およびポリビニルブチラールからなる群より選択される0.01〜10重量部の分散剤をさらに含み、かつ
前記混合物が、少なくとも、アルカリ金属有機塩、アルカリ土類金属有機塩、アルカリ金属塩、アルカリ土類金属塩、変性シリコーン油、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される化合物を含む0.01〜5重量部の接着調整剤をさらに含む請求項5に記載の透明な断熱中間シート。 - 透明な断熱サンドイッチ構造パネルであって、
2枚の透明な基材、および
請求項6に記載の透明な断熱中間シートを含み、
前記透明な断熱中間シートが前記透明な基材の間に挟まれ、かつ
前記基材の各々が、ガラス、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、酢酸ビニル共重合体およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される材料から製造される透明な断熱サンドイッチ構造パネル。
