Abstract
本发明提供一种可塑化隔热组合物。该可塑化隔热组合物包含5至95重量份的可塑剂及0.1至95重量份的隔热粒子,其中该隔热粒子例如:CsxWO3-y、CsxWO3-yCly、CsxSnzWO3-yCly、CsxSbzWO3-yCly及CsxBizWO3-yCly,且0<x<1,0<y≦0.5,0<z≦1。依据本发明,由于该可塑化隔热组合物与聚乙烯醇缩醛类混合后能同时兼具可塑化性及有效阻绝红外线等优点,并经由塑化方式直接形成一透明隔热中间膜。此外,本发明还提供一种能有效阻绝红外线的透明隔热中间膜与包含其的透明隔热夹层板,该透明隔热中间膜与透明隔热夹层板能同时兼具高透明性、高广区域红外线遮蔽率与高隔热性能指数等优点,进而提升其应用于隔热与节能的效能。
Description
技术领域
本发明是关于一种能有效阻绝红外线的可塑化隔热组合物,尤指一种能与树脂兼容通过直接塑化形成一透明隔热中间膜的塑化组合物;此外,本发明还关于一种能有效阻绝红外线的透明隔热中间膜及透明隔热夹层板。
背景技术
为了达到节能的目的,现今多半是采用太阳光作为主要的日间照明,以降低室内或车内照明的负荷;此外,为了获得良好的视野与驾驶安全,设置在建筑物或交通工具的窗户必须具备高透明性,以维持所需的能见度。
太阳光依据其波长升幂排列可区分为紫外线、可见光及红外线三大类型。其中,波长大于780纳米的红外线具有很强的热作用性,一旦物体吸收红外线后,会转而以热的形式释放造成温度上升。在太阳光照射下,波长介于1200纳米至1400纳米、1600纳米至1800纳米及2000纳米至2400纳米的红外线会进入人体皮肤深层的感热神经末端;且波长介于1400纳米至1600纳米及1800纳米至2000纳米的红外线会进入人体皮肤表皮负责感觉热的区域,而使人们长期于太阳光的照射下感觉到热。
鉴于长期曝晒在太阳光下所产生的不舒适感,现有技术是在透明基材上镀制一层金属或金属氧化物隔热膜,利用此隔热膜反射或吸收红外线,以减缓人们接触太阳光所感觉到的热。然而,现有技术的金属或金属氧化物隔热膜在反射或吸收红外线时,会同时遮蔽可见光的穿透,而无法获得所需的能见度。
为了解决上述问题,现有技术改以昂贵的真空气相沉积机台制备金属或金属氧化物隔热膜,为了令其厚度控制在极薄的范围,但却因此提高金属或金属氧化物隔热膜的制作成本与工艺时间。所以,如何以低制作成本获得高透明性的隔热膜,成为业界积极研究发展的课题。
中国台湾专利公告第I291455号公开了一种红外线遮蔽材料,该红外线遮蔽材料包含钨氧化物微粒子和/或复合钨氧化物微粒子。其中,钨氧化物微粒子为WyOz,2.2≦z/y≦2.999;复合钨氧化物微粒子MxWyOz,2.2≦z/y≦3.0,M可为碱金属、碱土金属、稀土类金属、镁、锆、铬等金属。然而,由于该篇专利文献的红外线遮蔽材料的可塑化性及胶合性差,所以所述的红外线遮蔽材料并不利于塑化成夹层玻璃用的中间膜。
此外,中国台湾专利公开第201121894号也公开了一种透明隔热材料、其制造方法及透明隔热结构,其中该透明隔热材料为具有碱金属元素及卤族元素的共掺杂氧化钨。在制备透明隔热膜的过程中,可选择性地添加如压克力树脂、聚乙烯丁醛树脂、四乙氧基硅烷或三异丙氧基铝等粘结剂以及如不饱和多元酸胺类或无机酸酯类等分散剂。然而,由于溶剂在挥发时产生的流动或扰动会使膜厚不均更加严重,所以该篇专利文献仅能以涂布方式形成膜厚仅介于1微米至100微米之间的膜层,大于100微米的膜层将不易控制膜厚均匀性;此外,由于聚乙烯丁醛树脂本身无可塑性,除无法利用热熔挤出方式制备膜厚大于100微米的可胶合膜层外,膜层中的透明隔热材料也无法获得足够的分散性,因而无法有效提升其隔热性能指数。
中国台湾专利公告第570871号公开了一种兼具透明性、隔热性、电磁波穿透性、耐候性等特性的隔热膜,其是使用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛中混掺有氧化铟锡、氧化锡锑、氧化铝锌或氧化铟锌等透明导电氧化物粒子的材料,经由熔炼与加压成型等步骤制得该隔热膜。然而,利用前述材料所制得的隔热膜虽受到波长介于1500纳米至2100纳米的红外线的照射下仅具有20%的穿透率,但其受到波长介于780纳米至1500纳米的红外线的照射下却具有高达70%的穿透率,显示该隔热膜并无法有效地阻绝红外线,且其受到波长介于780纳米至2400纳米的广区域红外线的照射下仍无法具备良好的遮蔽率。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术所提供的各种材料仍无法同时兼具可塑化性以及有效阻绝红外线等性质,本发明的目的在于提供一种可塑化隔热组合物,其能相容于聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂,并可与聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂混合经由塑化方式形成一透明隔热中间膜。
为达成前述目的,本发明提供一种可塑化隔热组合物,其包含:
5至99.9重量份的可塑剂;以及
0.1至95重量份的隔热粒子,该隔热粒子为选自于由下列所组成的群组中至少一种:CsxWO3-y、CsxWO3-yCly、CsxSnzWO3-yCly、CsxSbzWO3-yCly及CsxBizWO3-yCly,且0<x<1,0<y≦0.5,0<z≦1。
其中,W为钨,O为氧,Cs为铯,Cl为氯,Sn为锡,Sb为锑,Bi为铋。
依据本发明,由于该可塑化隔热组合物中包含适当含量比例的可塑剂及隔热粒子,且所选用的可塑剂兼容于聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂;因此,本发明的可塑化隔热组合物与聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂混合后能同时兼具可塑化性以及能有效阻绝红外线等优点,且不会因高温而发生团聚现象,故能直接通过塑化方式形成一厚度达100微米至5毫米且具备良好可见光穿透率的透明隔热中间膜,进而降低透明隔热中间膜的制作成本并且提升其应用价值。
依据本发明,所述的可塑剂为相容于聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂的溶剂,且该可塑剂具有高于200℃的沸点。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,较佳的,该可塑剂为碳数9至20的脂肪族单环氧基羧酸酯、碳数9至20的脂肪族多环氧基羧酸酯、碳数9至20的脂环族单环氧基羧酸酯、碳数9至20的脂环族多环氧基羧酸酯、碳数4至22的脂肪族二元醇二酯、碳数4至22的脂肪族二羧酸二酯或其组合。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,更具体而言,该可塑剂可以为三乙二醇二异辛酸酯。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,较佳的,该隔热粒子的平均粒径小于或等于100纳米,以进一步提升利用本发明可塑化隔热组合物所制得的透明隔热中间膜的透明性,并且降低其透明隔热中间膜的雾度值。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种能有效阻绝红外线的透明隔热中间膜与包含其的透明隔热夹层板,更具体而言,提供一种能有效阻绝波长介于780纳米至1500纳米及波长介于1500纳米至2400纳米的红外线的透明隔热中间膜与包含其的透明隔热夹层板,进而提升透明隔热中间膜与透明隔热夹层板的广区域红外线遮蔽率及隔热性能指数。
为达成前述目的,本发明提供一种透明隔热中间膜,其是由塑化一混合物所制得,该混合物包含聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂以及如前所述的可塑化隔热组合物,其中以聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂的用量为100重量份,该可塑化隔热组合物的用量为0.01至60重量份。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,较佳的,该聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛树脂或其组合。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,较佳的,以聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂的用量为100重量份,该混合物可选择性地包含0.01至5重量份的紫外线吸收剂、0.01至10重量份的分散安定剂及/或0.01至5重量份的接着力调节剂,以进一步提升利用该混合物所制得的透明隔热中间膜的抗紫外线能力及其接着在基板上的强度。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,较佳的,该紫外线吸收剂为选自于由下列所组成的群组中的至少一种:丙二酸酯类化合物、草酰替苯胺类化合物、二苯甲酮系化合物、三嗪系化合物、三唑化合物、苯甲酸酯系化合物及阻滞胺系化合物。依据本发明,可选用的丙二酸酯类化合物例如:丙二酸二甲酯、丙二酸二乙酯、2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑,但并非仅限于此;可选用的草酰替苯胺类化合物例如:2-乙基-2'-乙氧基-草酸-酰替苯胺,但并非仅限于此;可选用的二苯甲酮系化合物例如:4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,但并非仅限于此;可选用的三嗪系化合物例如:三联苯基三嗪、乙基己基三嗪、2-(4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-5-[(己基)氧]-酚,但并非仅限于此;可选用的苯甲酸酯系化合物例如:对胺基苯甲酸酯、水杨酸甲酯、苯甲酸芐酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸十六烷基酯,但并非仅限于此。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,较佳的,该分散安定剂为选自于由下列所组成的群组中的至少一种:硫酸酯化合物、磷酸酯系化合物、蓖麻醇酸、聚蓖麻醇酸、聚羧酸、硅烷、多元醇型界面活性剂、聚乙烯醇及聚乙烯醇缩丁醛。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,较佳的,该接着力调节剂为碱金属有机盐、碱土金属有机盐、碱金属无机盐、碱土金属无机盐、变性硅酮油或其组合。依据本发明,可选用的碱金属有机盐例如:醋酸钾、丙酸钾、2-乙基己酸钾,但并非仅限于此;可选用的碱土金属有机盐例如:醋酸镁、丙酸镁、2-乙基丁酸镁、2-乙基己酸镁,但并非仅限于此;可选用的碱金属无机盐例如:氯化锂、氯化钠、氯化钾、硝酸钾,但并非仅限于此;可选用的碱土金属无机盐例如:氯化镁、硝酸镁,但并非仅限于此;可选用的变性硅酮油例如:环氧变性硅酮油、醚变性硅酮油,但并非仅限于此。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,较佳的,该透明隔热中间膜的可见光穿透率及红外线遮蔽率的总和乘以100(隔热性能指数)大于或等于170;更佳的,大于或等于173。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,较佳的,该透明隔热中间膜受到波长介于1200纳米至1500纳米的红外线照射下的穿透率小于或等于12%;更佳小于或等于8%。较佳的,该透明隔热中间膜受到波长大于1500纳米小于或等于2400纳米的红外线照射下的穿透率小于6%。
更具体而言,该透明隔热中间膜受到波长1200纳米的红外线照射下的穿透率较佳为小于或等于12%,更佳为小于或等于8%;该透明隔热中间膜受到波长1400纳米的红外线照射下的穿透率较佳为小于或等于8%,更佳为小于或等于5%;该透明隔热中间膜受到波长1600纳米的红外线照射下的穿透率较佳为小于或等于6%,更佳为小于或等于5%;该透明隔热中间膜受到波长1600纳米的红外线照射下的穿透率较佳为小于或等于6%,更佳为小于或等于5.6%。据此,本发明的透明隔热中间膜能具备较高的广区域红外线遮蔽率及隔热性能指数。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,较佳的,该透明隔热中间膜的厚度介于100微米至5毫米。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,较佳的,该透明隔热中间膜的雾度值为小于或等于0.9。
此外,本发明另提供一种透明隔热夹层板,其包含二透明基板及一如前所述的透明隔热中间膜,其中该透明隔热中间膜设置在这些透明基板之间。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,较佳的,该透明隔热夹层板为一透明夹层玻璃。
依据本发明,该等透明基板受到波长介于1200纳米至1500纳米的红外线照射下的穿透率分别大于92%,各透明基板受到波长大于1500纳米小于或等于2400纳米的红外线照射下的穿透率大于90%,且各透明基板的雾度值小于0.3。
根据本发明的具体实施方案,较佳的,该等基板的材料为玻璃、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚碳酸酯、醋酸乙烯酯共聚合物或其组合。其中,该等基板可为透明玻璃、绿色玻璃、表面镀有金属的高红外线反射玻璃或表面镀有金属的高红外线吸收玻璃。
综上所述,本发明的可塑化隔热组合物因包含适当含量比例的可塑剂及隔热粒子,且可塑剂相容于聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂,所以能顺利塑化成一具备适当厚度的透明隔热中间膜;且所制得的透明隔热中间膜因包含适当含量比例与粒径范围的隔热粒子,故本发明的透明隔热中间膜与包含其的透明隔热夹层板相较于现有技术更能同时兼具较高的透明性、广区域近红外线遮蔽率与隔热性能指数等优点,进而提升本发明的透明隔热中间膜与透明隔热夹层板应用于建筑物或交通工具中进行隔热与节能的效能。
具体实施方式
以下,将通过下列具体实施例说明本发明可塑化隔热组合物、透明隔热夹层板及包含其的透明隔热中间膜的实施方式,本领域的技术人员可通过本说明书的内容轻易地了解本发明所能达成的优点与功效,并且在不悖离本发明的精神下进行各种修饰与变更,以施行或应用本发明的内容。
实施例1
首先,将Cs0.33WO2.97与三乙二醇二异辛酸酯以重量百分比为1:80混合,并以Cs0.33WO2.97的重量为1重量份,加入0.1重量份的聚磷酸酯作为分散剂,经充分均匀搅拌后获得Cs0.33WO2.97悬浮液。
接着,利用1毫米的锆珠,在1000rpm的转速下,持续球磨分散该Cs0.33WO2.97悬浮液6小时,以获得球磨后的Cs0.33WO2.97溶液,完成可塑化隔热组合物的制作。这样,分散在球磨后的Cs0.33WO2.97溶液的Cs0.33WO2.97隔热粒子的平均粒径为38纳米。
将100重量份的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂、40重量份的可塑化隔热组合物、0.06重量份的2-乙基丁酸镁、0.25重量份的2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑、0.1重量份的3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸十六烷基酯混合,以获得可供塑化成透明隔热中间膜的混合物。其中,该混合物含有大约0.5重量份的Cs0.33WO2.97。
之后,将前述混合物注入混炼挤出机,在190℃下充分熔融混炼后,挤出得到平均膜厚为0.38毫米的透明隔热中间膜。
将所制得的透明隔热中间膜夹置于二基板之间,并将其一并放入橡胶袋中,在3000帕的真空环境中脱气20分钟。这样,这些基板为透明浮板玻璃。在本实施例中,该等基板受到波长介于1200纳米至1500纳米的红外线照射下的穿透率为92%,其受到波长大于1500纳米小于或等于2400纳米的红外线照射下的穿透率为90%,且其雾度值为0.3。
接着,维持在此脱气环境中,将夹置有该透明隔热中间膜的二透明浮板玻璃移至压合机中,再在90℃下持续真空加压30分钟,最后以135℃、1.2MPa的工艺条件下,在高压釜中持续压合20分钟,获得一夹置有前述透明隔热中间膜的透明隔热夹层板。这样,所述的透明隔热夹层板为一透明夹层玻璃。
实施例2
本实施例所使用的可塑化隔热组合物及包含其的混合物大致上与实施例1的可塑化隔热组合物及包含其的混合物相同。其不同之处在于,本实施例所选用的隔热粒子为Cs0.33WO2.97Cl0.02;在该混合物中,以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的用量为100重量份,本实施例的Cs0.33WO2.97Cl0.02隔热粒子的用量为0.5重量份。
实施例2的可供塑化成透明隔热中间膜的混合物是经由如同实施例1所述的工艺方法制成一透明隔热中间膜及一夹置有前述透明隔热中间膜的透明夹层玻璃。
实施例3
本实施例所使用的可塑化隔热组合物及包含其的混合物大致上与实施例1的可塑化隔热组合物及包含其的混合物。本实施例所选用的隔热粒子为Cs0.33Sn0.16WO2.97Cl0.02,在该混合物中,以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的用量为100重量份,本实施例的Cs0.33Sn0.16WO2.97Cl0.02隔热粒子的用量为0.5重量份。
实施例3的可供塑化成透明隔热中间膜的混合物是经由如同实施例1所述的工艺方法制成一透明隔热中间膜及一夹置有前述透明隔热中间膜的透明夹层玻璃。
本实验另提供四组比较例作为对照,以使本领域的技术人员可经由比较以上实施例与以下比较例的内容,轻易地了解本发明所能达成的优点与功效。
比较例1
本比较例的组合物大致上与实施例1的可塑化隔热组合物相同,但本比较例的组合物中未含有任何隔热粒子。
比较例1的组合物是经由如同实施例1所述的方法配制成一混合物,再经由如同实施例1所述的工艺方法制成一中间膜及一夹置有前述中间膜的夹层玻璃。
比较例2
本比较例的组合物及包含其的混合物大致上与实施例1的可塑化隔热组合物及包含其的混合物相同,但本比较例的组合物是以氧化锡锑粒子取代实施例1的Cs0.33WO2.97隔热粒子;在该混合物中,以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的用量为100重量份,本比较例的氧化锡锑粒子的用量为0.5重量份。
比较例2的混合物是经由如同实施例1所述的工艺方法制成一中间膜及一夹置有前述中间膜的夹层玻璃。
比较例3
本比较例的组合物及包含其的混合物大致上与比较例2的组合物及包含其的混合物相同,其中以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的用量为100重量份,本比较例的氧化锡锑粒子的用量为1重量份。
比较例3的混合物也经由如同比较例2所述的工艺方法制成一中间膜及一夹置有前述中间膜的夹层玻璃。
比较例4
本比较例的组合物是大致上与实施例1的可塑化隔热组合物相同,但本比较例的Cs0.33WO2.97与三乙二醇二异辛酸酯未预先研磨分散,而是将Cs0.33WO2.97直接以如同实施例1所述的混合比例与聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯、2-乙基丁酸镁、2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑及3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸十六烷基酯注入混炼挤出机,在190℃下充分熔融混炼后,押出得到平均膜厚为0.38毫米的透明隔热中间膜。
之后,再经由如同实施例1所述的工艺方法制成一中间膜及一夹置有前述中间膜的夹层玻璃。
试验例
本试验例是以紫外光光谱仪,分别量测实施例1至3的透明夹层玻璃及比较例1至4的夹层玻璃受到不同波长的光线照射下的穿透率(%),其结果是如表1所示;此外,另以雾度计分别量测实施例1至3及比较例1至4的夹层玻璃的雾度值,其结果也如表1所示。
此外,该夹层玻璃的隔热性能指数计算结果也如下表1所示。其中,各实施例的透明夹层玻璃与比较例的夹层玻璃的隔热性能指数是经由加总夹层玻璃受到波长550纳米的可见光照射下的穿透率加上波长1200纳米的红外线照射下的近红外线遮蔽率总和乘以100所计算而得,且红外线遮蔽率为1减去夹层玻璃受到波长1200纳米的红外线照射下的穿透率所计算而得。
表1:实施例1至5及比较例1至3的透明夹层玻璃在不同波长的光线照射下的穿透率、其夹层玻璃的透性指标及雾度值等结果。
如上表1所示,相较于比较例1(未含有任何隔热粒子)的夹层玻璃,各实施例1至3的夹层玻璃因内含能有效阻绝红外线的中间膜,故其能大幅降低波长为1200纳米、1400纳米、1600纳米及2400纳米的穿透率,进而提升夹层玻璃的广区域红外线遮蔽率。
此外,经由实施例1至3与比较例2及3的比较结果显示:各实施例的可塑化隔热组合物中因含有适当含量比例的可塑剂及隔热粒子,且此可塑化隔热组合物也以适当含量比例与聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂混合,故由其所制得的夹层玻璃分别受到波长为1200纳米、1400纳米及1600纳米的红外线照射下的穿透率已大幅下降数倍,且实施例1至3的透明夹层玻璃的隔热性能指数也显著高于各比较例的夹层玻璃的隔热性能指数,显示利用本发明的可塑化隔热组合物作为原料,不仅能与聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂兼容,顺利在塑化形成夹层玻璃的中间膜,更能大幅提升夹层玻璃的广区域红外线遮蔽率及其隔热性能指数。
其次,经由实施例1与比较例4的比较结果显示,比较例4中由于该隔热粒子未经研磨,在聚乙烯醇缩丁醛中分散不佳,容易形成团聚,使隔热粒子的粒径扩大至大约10微米,造成夹层玻璃的雾度明显提升至19.8。此外,在红外线吸收方面由于隔热粒子的粒径变大,红外线通过夹层玻璃垂直光线方向的隔热粒子截面积总和变小,造成红外线吸收变差,隔热性能指数因而降低至101.5。反观本发明,由于实施例1中隔热粒子是先经过研磨及分散处理,使其粒径纳米化至小于100nm,且隔热粒子的分散性好,所以红外线通过实施例1的透明夹层玻璃的垂直光线方向的隔热粒子截面积总和变大,以至于其隔热性能指数能显著提高至173的水平。
实验结果显示,本发明可塑化隔热组合物除了具备纳米等级、能兼容于聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂提供良好的热可塑化功能外,利用此可塑化隔热组合物及聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂所形成的混合物制作透明隔热中间膜及包含其的透明隔热夹层板更能具有较低的雾度值、较高的广区域红外线遮蔽率及较优异的隔热性能指数等优点。
上述实施例仅是为了方便说明而举例而已,本发明所主张的权利范围自应以权利要求所述为准,而非仅限于上述实施例。
Claims (10)
1.一种可塑化隔热组合物,其包含:
5至99.9重量份的可塑剂;以及
0.1至95重量份的隔热粒子,该隔热粒子为选自于由下列所组成的群组中的至少一种:CsxWO3-y、CsxWO3-yCly、CsxSnzWO3-yCly、CsxSbzWO3-yCly及CsxBizWO3-yCly,且0<x<1,0<y≦0.5,0<z≦1,
其中,所述可塑剂为兼容于聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂的溶剂,所述可塑剂的沸点高于200℃,且所述可塑剂为碳数9至20的脂肪族单环氧基羧酸酯、碳数9至20的脂肪族多环氧基羧酸酯、碳数9至20的脂环族单环氧基羧酸酯、碳数9至20的脂环族多环氧基羧酸酯、碳数4至22的脂肪族二元醇二酯、碳数4至22的脂肪族二羧酸二酯或其组合。
2.如权利要求1所述的可塑化隔热组合物,其中,所述可塑剂为三乙二醇二异辛酸酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的可塑化隔热组合物,其中,所述隔热粒子的平均粒径小于或等于100纳米。
4.一种透明隔热中间膜,其是由塑化一混合物所制得,该混合物包含聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂以及如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可塑化隔热组合物,其中以聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂的用量为100重量份,所述可塑化隔热组合物的用量为0.01至60重量份,且所述聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛树脂或其组合。
5.如权利要求4所述的透明隔热中间膜,其中,所述透明隔热中间膜的厚度为100微米至5毫米,所述透明隔热中间膜的可见光穿透率及红外线遮蔽率的总和乘以100大于或等于170,且该透明隔热中间膜的雾度值小于或等于0.9。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的透明隔热中间膜,其中,所述混合物还包含一紫外线吸收剂,所述紫外线吸收剂为选自于由下列所组成的群组中的至少一种:丙二酸酯类化合物、草酰替苯胺类化合物、二苯甲酮系化合物、三嗪系化合物、三唑化合物、苯甲酸酯系化合物及阻滞胺系化合物,以聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂的用量为100重量份,该紫外线吸收剂的用量为0.01至5重量份。
7.如权利要求4或5所述的透明隔热中间膜,其中,所述混合物还包含一分散安定剂,所述分散安定剂为选自于由下列所组成的群组中的至少一种:硫酸酯化合物、磷酸酯系化合物、蓖麻醇酸、聚蓖麻醇酸、聚羧酸、硅烷、多元醇型界面活性剂、聚乙烯醇及聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,以聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂的用量为100重量份,该分散安定剂的用量为0.01至10重量份。
8.如权利要求4或5所述的透明隔热中间膜,其中,所述混合物包含一接着力调节剂,该接着力调节剂为碱金属有机盐、碱土金属有机盐、碱金属无机盐、碱土金属无机盐、变性硅酮油或其组合,以聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂的用量为100重量份,所述接着力调节剂的用量为0.01至5重量份。
9.一种透明隔热夹层板,其包含二透明基板及一如权利要求4至8中任一项所述的透明隔热中间膜,其中该透明隔热中间膜设置在所述透明基板之间。
10.如权利要求9所述的透明隔热夹层板,其中,所述透明基板的材料为玻璃、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚碳酸酯、醋酸乙烯酯共聚合物或其组合。
