Claims (2)
- プラスチック成形用のゲートブッシュにおいて,
軸方向に貫通するスプルーを有するゲートブッシュ本体と,
前記ゲートブッシュ本体の先端に取り付けられ,前記ゲートブッシュ本体のスプルーと同軸に連通するゲートを有するゲート部品とを備え,
前記ゲートブッシュ本体の先端面に,その外周端から中心を横切って延びる溝部が設けられ,前記ゲート部品は,当該溝部に締まり嵌めにより嵌合する形状を有し,前記溝部の側面又は当該溝部の側面に面する前記ゲート部品の側面のいずれか一方に,前記溝部の延長方向に延びる線状の突部が設けられ,
前記突部に沿って延びて前記突部と接触する接触面を有する凹部が,前記溝部の側面又は当該溝部の側面に面する前記ゲート部品の側面のいずれか他方に形成され,
前記凹部は長手方向断面がV字形状であって,該V字形状を形成する2つの面の少なくとも一方が前記接触面を形成し,前記接触面と前記突部との間で締まり嵌めが形成されることを特徴とするゲートブッシュ。 - 請求項1において,
前記ゲート部品のゲートは,スプルーと同軸の中心軸領域を除く周辺領域に複数の孔を有して構成され,中心軸領域は塞がれていることを特徴とするゲートブッシュ。
