Description
本願は、2010年11月19日出願の米国特許仮出願No.61/415,501の利益を主張するものであり、同出願の内容を参考文献として本明細書に組み込むものとする。
本発明は、ポリマー成分、少なくとも1種の核剤および少なくとも1種の官能基化ワックスを含む接着剤に関する。より詳しくは、本発明は、耐熱性が向上し、かつ硬化時間が減少した接着剤に関するものであり、組立および包装用途に特によく適合したこのような接着剤を製造するものである。
(a)少なくとも1種のポリマー成分であって、該ポリマー成分の総重量に基づいて少なくとも65重量%のプロピレンを重合形態で含有するポリマー成分を約30〜約99重量%;
(b)少なくとも1種の核剤を接着剤の重量に基づいて約0.01〜約3重量%;
(c)少なくとも1種の官能基化ワックスを接着剤の重量に基づいて約0.1〜約15重量%;
(d)少なくとも1種の粘着付与剤を接着剤の重量に基づいて0〜約60重量%;および
(e)少なくとも1種の酸化防止剤を接着剤の重量に基づいて0〜約5重量%;
を含み、
核剤の官能基化ワックスに対する重量比率が約1:500〜約50:1の範囲内である。
(i)少なくとも1種のポリマー成分であって、該ポリマー成分の総重量に基づいて少なくとも65重量%のプロピレンを重合形態で含有するポリマー成分を約30〜約99重量%;
(ii)有機酸塩、リン酸類、エチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸アイオノマー類、多価アミド成分、ソルビトール類およびそれらの対応する誘導体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の核剤を接着剤の重量に基づいて約0.01〜約3重量%;
(iii)炭素原子数が12未満である少なくとも1種のオレフィン系不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物でグラフトされたワックスである少なくとも1種の官能基化ワックスを接着剤の重量に基づいて約0.1〜約15重量%;
(iv)少なくとも1種の粘着付与剤を0〜約60重量%;および
(v)少なくとも1種の酸化防止剤を0〜約5重量%;
を含む。
(1)約30〜約99重量%のポリマー成分であって、該ポリマー成分の総重量に基づいて少なくとも65重量%のプロピレンを重合形態で含有するポリマー成分;
(2)接着剤の重量に基づいて約0.05〜約1重量%の少なくとも1種の核剤;および
(3)接着剤の重量に基づいて約0.01〜約5重量%の少なくとも1種の官能基化ワックス。
Claims (9)
- 以下の成分:
(a)ポリマー成分であって、該ポリマー成分の総重量に基づいて少なくとも85重量%のプロピレンを重合形態で含有するポリマー成分;
(b)少なくとも1種の核剤;および
(c)少なくとも1種の官能基化ワックス;
を含み、
核剤の官能基化ワックスに対する重量比率が1:500〜50:1の範囲内であり、
ポリマー成分が少なくとも1種の熱機械的分解型半結晶質ポリプロピレン(コ)ポリマーおよび少なくとも1種の熱機械的分解型弾性ゴムを含むポリマーブレンドである接着剤。 - 以下の成分:
(i)ポリマー成分であって、該ポリマーの総重量に基づいて少なくとも85重量%のプロピレンを重合形態で含有するポリマー成分;
(ii)有機酸塩、リン酸類、エチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸アイオノマー類、多価アミド成分、ソルビトール類およびそれらの対応する誘導体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の核剤;および
(iii)炭素原子数が12未満である少なくとも1種のオレフィン系不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物でグラフトされたワックスである官能基化ワックス;
を含み、
ポリマー成分が少なくとも1種の熱機械的分解型半結晶質ポリプロピレン(コ)ポリマーおよび少なくとも1種の熱機械的分解型弾性ゴムを含むポリマーブレンドである接着剤。 - 以下の成分:
(1)接着剤の総重量に基づいて30〜99重量%のポリマー成分であって、該ポリマー成分の総重量に基づいて少なくとも85重量%のプロピレンを重合形態で含有するポリマー成分;
(2)接着剤の総重量に基づいて0.05〜1重量%の少なくとも1種の核剤;および
(3)接着剤の総重量に基づいて0.01〜5重量%の少なくとも1種の官能基化ワックス;
を含む接着剤であって、該接着剤の総重量割合が100重量%に等しく、ポリマー成分が少なくとも1種の熱機械的分解型半結晶質ポリプロピレン(コ)ポリマーおよび少なくとも1種の熱機械的分解型弾性ゴムを含むポリマーブレンドである接着剤。 - 核剤が、アロース、アルトロース、フルクトース、ガラクトース、グルコース、グロース、イドース、マンノース、ソルボース、タロース、タガトース、アラビノース、リボース、リブロース、キシロース、キシルロース、リキソース、エリトロース、トレオース、ソルビトール、キシリトール、およびそれらの誘導体、および/またはそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される請求項1または3に記載の接着剤。
- 核剤が、1,3:2,4ジベンジリデンソルビトール、1,3:2,4(4−メチルジベンジリデン)ソルビトール、ビス(3,4ジメチルベンジリデン)ソルビトール、ビス(4−プロピルベンジリデン)プロピルソルビトール、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される請求項1、3および4のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
- 官能基化ワックスが無水マレイン酸でグラフトされたポリプロピレン(コ)ポリマーである請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
- 油、粘着付与剤、非官能基化ワックス、可塑剤、および/または安定剤、および/またはこれらの混合物をさらに含む請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
- 以下の工程:
(a)ポリマー成分であって、該ポリマー成分の総重量に基づいて少なくとも65重量%のプロピレンを重合形態で含有するポリマー成分を溶融状態まで加熱する工程;
(b)該溶融ポリマー成分に少なくとも1種の核剤および少なくとも1種の官能基化ワックスを添加する工程であって、核剤の官能基化ワックスに対する重量比率が1:500〜50:1の範囲内である工程;および
(c)混合物を冷却する工程;
を含む接着剤の形成方法であって、
核剤が、ソルビトール、多価アミド成分、またはそれらの対応する誘導体であり、
ポリマー成分が少なくとも1種の熱機械的分解型半結晶質ポリプロピレン(コ)ポリマーおよび少なくとも1種の熱機械的分解型弾性ゴムを含むポリマーブレンドである方法。 - 工程(b)の後であって、工程(c)の前に、粘着付与剤、油、非官能基化ワックス、可塑剤、および/または安定剤を添加して均質混合物を形成する工程をさらに含む請求項8に記載の方法。
