Claims (7)
- 少なくとも内燃機関(1)及び電気機械(2)を含むハイブリッド駆動装置と,該ハイブリッド駆動装置及び出力部(4)の間に接続された自動又は半自動変速機(3)と,内燃機関(1)及び電気機械(2)の間に接続されたクラッチ(5)とを備えるハイブリッド車両用ドライブトレインを作動させることにより,クラッチ(5)の解放状態における純電気的な駆動時に内燃機関(1)を始動させるためのドライブトレインの作動方法であって,前記クラッチ(5)を少なくとも部分的に締結して前記電気機械(2)により前記内燃機関(1)を引きがけすることにより該内燃機関(1)を始動させ,前記内燃機関(1)の回転数が所定の限界値以上になったときに,該内燃機関(1)の始動と並行して前記変速機(3)のシフトダウンを開始させ、
前記限界値は、現在の変速段及び/又は目標変速段に基づいて決定されることを特徴とする作動方法。 - 請求項1に記載の作動方法であって,前記内燃機関(1)を始動させるために前記クラッチ(5)を少なくとも部分的に締結し,該クラッチ(5)により前記電気機械(2)のトルクを伝達して前記内燃機関(1)を引きがけし,前記内燃機関(1)の回転数が所定のしきい値以上になったときに,少なくとも前記クラッチ(5)がトルク伝達を行わず,前記内燃機関(1)が自由に始動回転するように前記クラッチを解放し,前記内燃機関(1)の回転数が前記電気機械(2)の回転数以上になったときに前記クラッチ(5)を締結して前記内燃機関(1)をドライブトレインに連結し,前記内燃機関(1)の回転数が前記所定の限界値以上になったときに,前記内燃機関(1)の始動と並行して,前記変速機(3)においてシフトダウンを開始させることを特徴とする作動方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の作動方法であって,前記内燃機関(1)を始動するために先ず前記クラッチ(5)を少なくとも部分的に締結し,シフト阻止指令をシフト制御手段(9)に出力することを特徴とする作動方法。
- 請求項3に記載の作動方法であって,前記内燃機関(1)の回転数が前記所定の限界値以上になったときに前記シフト阻止指令を撤回することを特徴とする作動方法。
- 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の作動方法であって,前記内燃機関(1)を始動させるために前記クラッチ(5)を少なくとも部分的に締結する際,シフト要求指令をシフトストラテジー手段(10)に出力し,該シフトストラテジー手段(10)により,ハイブリッド走行において前記変速機(3)のシフトダウンが必要か否かをチェックすることを特徴とする作動方法。
- ハイブリッド車両のドライブトレインを作動させるための制御装置であって,ハイブリッド駆動装置の内燃機関(1)を純電気的な駆動状態から始動するために,前記内燃機関(1)と前記ハイブリッド駆動装置の電気機械(2)との間に接続され,解放状態にあるクラッチ(5)の制御により該クラッチ(5)を少なくとも部分的に締結し,前記ハイブリッド駆動装置の前記電気機械(2)により前記内燃機関(1)を引きがけして始動させる制御装置において,前記内燃機関(1)の回転数が所定の限界値以上になったときに,前記内燃機関(1)の始動と並行して,変速機(3)を制御することにより該変速機(3)のシフトダウンを開始させ、
前記限界値は、現在の変速段及び/又は目標変速段に基づいて決定されることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項6に記載の制御装置であって,請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の方法を実行するための手段を備えることを特徴とする制御装置。
