Claims (1)
- 円周方向に沿って設けられたコイル巻線部と、
前記コイル巻線部の外側に設けられ、同心円状に一定の間隔で受容溝が形成された導体ホルダーと、
前記受容溝に挿入及び固定されたU相/V相/W相/N相の導体板と、を有する、ハイブリッド車両用駆動モータの集中巻コイルの結合構造物の製造法であって、
前記コイル巻線部から引き出されてボビンの挿入溝に挿入及び固定され、前記導体ホルダーを垂直上方向に貫通してモータの軸方向に突出し、上端部の位置が全て同心円状に同一の直径を有し、同一の高さで配置されたコイルと、
前記導体板とコイルを連結するように各相の導体板に付着された突出部と、
前記突出部からモータの半径方向に折り曲げられた折曲部と、
前記折曲部の先からコイルの周面を覆うように曲面に形成された溝部とで構成された連結片と、を有し、
前記コイルの端部が、前記連結片の溝部の内側面にその周面が覆われた状態でヒュージング溶接されることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動モータの集中巻コイル結合構造物の製造方法。
