Description
Claims (17)
- ガス入口と、ガス出口と、前記ガス入口と前記ガス出口との間に配置される混合通路であって、ガス流が前記ガス入口から前記ガス出口へと移動するときに加速する狭窄部分と、前記狭窄部分の上流側に設けられ、前記混合通路を通るガス流の温度の低下を促進するクエンチャとを有する混合通路と、前記混合通路へ濃縮される未処理の液体を注入する液体入口であって、前記混合通路内でクエンチャの上流側に配置される液体入口とを含む濃縮装置部と、
前記濃縮装置部の前記ガス出口に連結されるデミスターガス流路と、前記デミスターガス流路内を流れるガスから液体を除去するために前記デミスターガス流路内に配置される液体コレクタと、前記液体コレクタによって、前記デミスターガス流路内を流れるガスから除去した液体を回収する貯留槽とを含み、前記濃縮装置部の下流に配置されるデミスターと、
を備え、
前記液体入口は、前記クエンチャの上流側へ前記未処理の液体を噴霧するための粗噴霧器を有し、前記クエンチャは、ガス流の方向にその断面積が増大する流路を形成し、噴霧された前記未処理の液体の一部を蒸発させると共に前記ガス流の温度を低下させることを特徴とする液体濃縮装置システム。 - 貯留槽内の液体を前記混合通路へ輸送するために、前記貯留槽と前記混合通路との間に配置される再循環回路をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体濃縮装置システム。
- 前記濃縮装置部は、前記混合通路の狭窄部分に配置される調整可能な流量制限部を備え、
前記流量制限部は、前記混合通路を通るガス流路を変更するように調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液体濃縮装置システム。 - 前記濃縮装置部は、前記混合通路内で前記ガス入口と前記狭窄部分との間に配置されるさらなる液体入口を含み、前記さらなる液体入口は、さらなる濃縮のために、液体を前記貯留槽から前記混合通路へ注入するために、前記再循環回路に連結されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の液体濃縮装置システム。
- 前記さらなる液体入口は、前記混合通路内で前記液体入口の下流に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液体濃縮装置システム。
- 前記さらなる液体入口に隣接して前記混合通路内に配置されるバッフルをさらに備え、
前記再循環回路からの濃縮された液体が前記バッフルに衝突し、小滴で混合通路内に分散するようにすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液体濃縮装置システム。 - 前記さらなる液体入口は、別個の液体進入口が前記混合通路の2つ以上の側壁のそれぞれに配置される複数の液体進入口を含み、
前記再循環回路は、前記複数の液体進入口のそれぞれに濃縮された液体を提供するように、前記混合通路を部分的に取り囲む配管を含むことを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれかに記載の液体濃縮装置システム。 - 前記調整可能な流量制限部は、前記混合通路の前記狭窄部分の大きさまたは形状を変更するように調整可能なベンチュリプレートであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液体濃縮装置システム。
- 前記貯留槽内に濃縮された液体の抽出ポートをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の液体濃縮装置システム。
- 前記混合通路及び前記ガス流路を通って流れるガス流を補助するために前記デミスターと共に用いられるファンをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の液体濃縮システム。
- 前記ファンは、前記デミスターを通る負圧勾配を提供するために前記デミスターの下流に位置する誘引ファンであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の液体濃縮装置システム。
- 前記ファンは、前記デミスターの下流に配置される誘引ファンであり、
前記デミスターは、
デミスターガス入口と、
一部のガスを前記誘引ファンの下流点から前記デミスターガス入口へ迂回させるように、前記誘引ファンの前記下流点と前記デミスターガス入口との間に接続されるガス再循環回路と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の液体濃縮装置システム。 - 前記濃縮装置部の前記ガス出口と前記デミスターとの間に配置される配管部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の液体濃縮装置システム。
- 前記狭窄部分の上流の混合通路内に配置される外気弁をさらに備え、
前記外気弁は、前記ガス入口から前記混合通路内へ流入する高温ガスと混合するために、前記混合通路内へ外気を入れるように動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の液体濃縮装置システム。 - 前記混合通路の前記狭窄部分の下流に接続される冠水エルボをさらに備え、
前記冠水エルボは、前記混合通路内を流れる前記ガスの方向を変更することを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の液体濃縮装置システム。 - 前記デミスターは、衝突バッフルを含み、
前記液体コレクタは、前記デミスターを通るガス流の方向に交差して配置される取り外し可能なフィルタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の液体濃縮装置システム。 - 前記デミスターを通って流れる前記ガスから除去された飛沫同伴液体は、前記フィルタから前記デミスター内の前記フィルタの下に位置する前記貯留槽に流れ出ることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の液体濃縮装置システム。
