真空容器と、
前記真空容器内に、水を含むVOC含有液を供給する送液ポンプと、
前記真空容器内に配置されて、前記送液ポンプから供給された前記VOC含有液を前記真空容器内に噴霧する噴霧装置と、
前記真空容器に接続され、前記真空容器の内部を減圧して前記VOC含有液に含まれる水分を真空蒸発させる真空ポンプと、
水分蒸発処理後のVOC濃縮液を前記真空容器から排出する排液部材とを備え、
前記噴霧装置が、
液体流路と気体流路とを有する噴霧装置本体部と、
前記噴霧装置本体部の先端に配置されて、前記液体流路の開口を覆いかつ平らな内側端面を有する内蓋部と、
前記噴霧装置本体部の先端に配置されて前記内蓋部を覆うとともに、前記気体流路の開口を覆いかつ前記内蓋部の前記内側端面に対向する平らな外側端面を持つ外側端部を有する外蓋部と、
前記内蓋部と前記外蓋部との間に配置され、前記内蓋部の前記内側端面と前記外蓋部の前記外側端面との間の円板状の外形の空間で構成され、前記気体流路を流れる気体流と前記液体流路を流れる液体流とを混合する気液混合部と、
前記内蓋部の前記内側端面の周方向の少なくとも1箇所に貫通して設けられて前記気液混合部と連通して、前記液体流路を流れる液体流を前記気液混合部に流入させる液体流入口と、
前記内蓋部と前記外蓋部との間の前記気液混合部の側部に前記気液混合部と連通して配置されて、前記液体流入口から前記気液混合部に流入する前記液体流に向かって、前記気体流路を流れる気体流を前記気液混合部に流入させる気体流入口と、
前記外蓋部の前記外側端面に貫通して設けられて前記気液混合部と連通し、前記気液混合部で前記気体流と前記液体流が混合して微粒化した液体を噴出する噴出口とを備える。

Claims (4)
- 真空容器と、
前記真空容器内に、水を含むVOC含有液を供給する送液ポンプと、
前記真空容器内に配置されて、前記送液ポンプから供給された前記VOC含有液を前記真空容器内に噴霧する噴霧装置と、
前記真空容器に接続され、前記真空容器の内部を減圧して前記VOC含有液に含まれる水分を真空蒸発させる真空ポンプと、
水分蒸発処理後のVOC濃縮液を前記真空容器から排出する排液部材とを備え、
前記噴霧装置が、
液体流路と気体流路とを有する噴霧装置本体部と、
前記噴霧装置本体部の先端に配置されて、前記液体流路の開口を覆いかつ平らな内側端面を有する内蓋部と、
前記噴霧装置本体部の先端に配置されて前記内蓋部を覆うとともに、前記気体流路の開口を覆いかつ前記内蓋部の前記内側端面に対向する平らな外側端面を持つ外側端部を有する外蓋部と、
前記内蓋部と前記外蓋部との間に配置され、前記内蓋部の前記内側端面と前記外蓋部の前記外側端面との間の円板状の外形の空間で構成され、前記気体流路を流れる気体流と前記液体流路を流れる液体流とを混合する気液混合部と、
前記内蓋部の前記内側端面の周方向の少なくとも1箇所に貫通して設けられて前記気液混合部と連通して、前記液体流路を流れる液体流を前記気液混合部に流入させる液体流入口と、
前記内蓋部と前記外蓋部との間の前記気液混合部の側部に前記気液混合部と連通して配置されて、前記液体流入口から前記気液混合部に流入する前記液体流に向かって、前記気体流路を流れる気体流を前記気液混合部に流入させる気体流入口と、
前記外蓋部の前記外側端面に貫通して設けられて前記気液混合部と連通し、前記気液混合部で前記気体流と前記液体流が混合して微粒化した液体を噴出する噴出口とを備える、VOC精製装置。 - 前記噴霧装置本体部の前記気体流路にて、窒素、アルゴン、又はヘリウムの不活性ガスを前記真空容器内に供給する請求項1に記載のVOC精製装置。
- 前記真空容器から前記真空ポンプへの排気配管の前記真空容器内の接続箇所に、噴霧された前記VOC含有液を捕獲するミストトラップを配置する、請求項1又は2に記載のVOC精製装置。
- 前記VOC含有液に含有されたVOCは、水より高沸点で水と共沸しない親水性でかつ揮発性化学物質であり、N−メチルピロリドン、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコールモノエチルエーテル、プロピレングリコール、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N−ジメチルアセトアミド、ジメチルスルホキシド、1,4−ブタンジオール、モノエタノールアミンおよびジエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテルよりなる群から選ばれた溶剤類である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のVOC精製装置。
