Claims (33)
- 基端部と末端部を有する細長いインナーシャフトと、
前記インナーシャフト上に配置されて径方向に拡張可能な人工器官であって、前記人工器官は径方向に潰すことができる形状と径方向に拡張可能な形状を有し、前記径方向に潰した形状で前記人工器官は患者の血管を通じて搬送されるように構成されており、前記拡張した形状で前記人工器官は血管壁に係合するものと、
基端部と末端部を有する細長いアウターシャフトと、
基端部と末端部を有し、前記径方向に拡張可能な人工器官上に配置され、前記インナーシャフトと前記アウターシャフトに着脱自在に固定可能なシャトルシースとを備えたステント搬送システムであって、
前記ステント搬送システムは、基端展開状態と末端展開状態の間で選択的に動作するように構成されており、
前記ステント搬送システムが前記基端展開状態にあるとき、前記シャトルシースは前記インナーシャフトに固定され且つ前記アウターシャフトに固定されず、前記インナーシャフトを末端側に移動させると前記シャトルシースが前記アウターシャフトに対して末端側に移動し、これにより、前記人工器官はその基端から末端に向かって径方向に拡張し、
前記ステント搬送システムが前記末端展開状態にあるとき、前記シャトルシースは前記インナーシャフトに対して固定されず且つ前記アウターシャフトに固定され、前記アウターシャフトを基端側に戻すと前記シャトルシースが前記インナーシャフトに対して基端側に戻り、これにより、前記人工器官はその末端から基端に向かって径方向に拡張する、二方向ステント搬送システム。 - 前記インナーシャフトは前記基端部と前記末端部との間に伸びる内腔を有し、前記内腔はガイドワイヤをスライド自在に収容する、請求項1のシステム。

- 前記末端側ストッパは、前記末端ステントストッパを超える前記人工器官の末端側への移動を防止するリング、バンド、段、ブッシング、スリーブの一つ又は複数を有する、請求項28のシステム。
- 前記搬送システムは作動機構を有し、
前記作動機構は、前記インナーシャフトと前記アウターシャフトの一方を他方に対して基端側又は末端側若しくは両方にスライド移動するように、前記インナーシャフトと前記アウターシャフトに動作可能に連結されており、
それにより、オペレータが、前記インナーシャフトと前記アウターシャフトを前記シャトルシースに選択的に固定又は解放できるように、前記作動機構は構成されている、請求項1のシステム。 - 前記人工器官及びその周辺組織を可視化するように構成された血管内超音波装置を有する、請求項1のシステム。
- 基端部と末端部を有する細長いインナーシャフトと、

基端部と末端部を有し、前記径方向に拡張可能な人工器官上に配置されたシャトルシースとを備えたステント搬送システムであって、
前記インナーシャフトの末端部は前記シャトルシースの末端部に解放可能に連結されており、前記アウターシャフトの末端部は前記シャトルシースの基端部に解放可能に連結されており、
前記アウターシャフトが前記シャトルシースから分離された状態で前記インナーシャフトを末端側に移動させると前記シャトルシースが末端側に移動し、これにより、前記人工器官はその基端から末端に向かって径方向に拡張し、
前記インナーシャフトが前記シャトルシースから分離された状態で前記アウターシャフトを基端側に戻すと前記シャトルシースが基端側に戻り、これにより、前記人工器官はその末端から基端に向かって径方向に拡張するように構成されており、
