Claims (12)

前記細長いシャフトの遠位端部に結合される遠位先端部アセンブリであって、遠位先端部アセンブリ及び前記ガイドアセンブリが互いに対して移動可能であり、遠位先端部アセンブリの一部が前記ガイドアセンブリの遠位部の外表面を越えて近位に延在し、前記ケーブルの第二端部を前記ガイドアセンブリの遠位部の外表面と遠位先端部アセンブリの内表面の間で、遠位先端部アセンブリ及び前記ガイドアセンブリの第一相対位置において拘束し、また、遠位先端部アセンブリが、遠位先端部アセンブリ及び前記ガイドアセンブリの第二相対位置において前記ケーブルの第二端部を拘束しない、前記遠位先端部アセンブリと、
を備えるステントグラフト送達システムであって、
前記遠位先端部アセンブリ及び前記ガイドアセンブリの第一相対位置においては、前記ステントの最端クラウンの漸進的な連続的な拡張のために前記ケーブルの張力を選択的に低下させることができ、前記ステントの最端クラウンの漸進的な連続的な半径方向への収縮のために前記ケーブルの張力を選択的に増大させることができる、

前記遠位先端部アセンブリ及び前記ガイドアセンブリの第一相対位置において、前記ケーブルの第二端部を一時的に拘束するために前記遠位先端部アセンブリの近位部が前記ガイドアセンブリの遠位部の外表面を越えて延在し、また各ケーブルの中間部が前記ステントの最端クラウンを拘束することによって前記ケーブルの張力を選択的に調整することができるようになり、前記ステントの最端クラウンの漸進的な連続的な半径方向への拡張及び収縮がいずれも可能になり、
前記遠位先端部アセンブリ及び前記ガイドアセンブリの第二相対位置において、前記遠位先端部アセンブリの近位部が前記ガイドアセンブリの遠位部の外表面を越えて延在せず、前記遠位先端部アセンブリが前記ケーブルの第二端部を拘束せず、各ケーブルの前記中間部が前記ステントの最端クラウンを拘束しない、
