Description
この発明は、医療機器に関し、より詳細には、管腔内グラフトまたはステントグラフトの配置に用いられる医療機器に関する。当該医療機器は導入器またはステントグラフト導入器とも呼ばれる。特に、この発明はトップキャップ回収装置に関する。
グラフトまたはステントグラフトを人間または動物の体内に管腔内法により配置する際に、グラフトを体の内腔に導入するのに配置装置が用いられる。当該グラフトが内腔内で配置および展開された後、導入器は引き戻される必要がある。
本発明のある局面によると、ハンドルからガイドワイヤカニューレの近位端に存在するノーズコーン拡張器に延在するガイドワイヤカニューレと、ノーズコーン拡張器上の遠位方向開口カプセルと、カプセル内のプラグ装置とを含む導入器が提供される。プラグ装置はガイドワイヤカニューレ上に搭載されるとともにガイドワイヤカニューレに対して長手方向に移動可能であり、これにより、カプセルから延在するようカプセルの遠位端へプラグ装置を移動させることによって、カプセルの遠位開口部だったところからスムーズな遷移部が与えられ、配置されたステントを通ってノーズコーン拡張器が引込まれるのを可能にする。
プラグ装置は、長手方向溝またはアパーチャを含み得、これによりトリガワイヤがプラグ装置を通ることを可能にする。
ここで、図面、特に図1A〜図1Dおよび図2をより詳細に参照する。図1A〜図1Dは、動作のさまざまな段階におけるトップキャップ回収装置の一実施例の概略図を示す。図2は、トップキャップ回収装置の一部を組み込むステントグラフト送達装置のハンドル部分を示す。
Claims (11)
- ハンドル(13)と、前記ハンドル(13)からガイドワイヤカニューレの近位端に存在するノーズコーン拡張器(3)に延在するガイドワイヤカニューレ(11)と、を含み、前記ガイドワイヤカニューレは前記ハンドルに対して長手方向に移動可能であり、前記ノーズコーン拡張器上の遠位方向開口カプセル(5)をさらに含み、前記遠位方向開口カプセル(5)は内側に湾曲する遠位端(7)を含み、前記カプセル内のプラグ装置(17;53)をさらに含み、前記プラグ装置は前記ガイドワイヤカニューレ上に搭載されるとともに前記ガイドワイヤカニューレに対して長手方向に移動可能であり、前記ガイドワイヤカニューレ上に同軸上に存在するとともに前記ガイドワイヤカニューレに対して長手方向に移動可能であるプラグカテーテル(19)をさらに含み、前記プラグカテーテルはその近位端において前記プラグ装置(17;53)に固定され、これにより、前記ハンドルに対する前記ガイドワイヤカニューレの移動によって、前記プラグ装置を前記カプセル(5)の遠位端へと動かすように前記プラグ装置が前記遠位方向開口カプセルに対して動かされ、これにより、前記カプセルから延在するよう前記カプセルの遠位端へ前記プラグ装置を移動させることによって、前記カプセルの遠位開口部だったところからスムーズな遷移部が与えられ、配置されたステント(35)を通ってノーズコーン拡張器が引込まれるのを可能にし、前記プラグ装置は近位肩部(25)を含み、これにより前記プラグ装置が前記カプセルから完全に引き出されるのを防止する、導入器(1)。
- 前記プラグカテーテル(19)は薄い壁を有するプラスチック材料を含む、請求項1に記載の導入器(1)。
- 前記薄い壁を有するプラスチック材料はポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)を含む、請求項2に記載の導入器(1)。
- 遠位端での前記プラグカテーテルの前記ハンドル(13)への固定は接着剤を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の導入器(1)。
- 前記プラグ装置(17)は線形にテーパが付与された遠位表面(27)を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の導入器(1)。
- 前記プラグ装置(53)は、遠位方向に向く弾丸形状の表面を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の導入器(1)。
- 前記カプセル(5)または前記プラグ装置(17;53)に関連する戻り防止装置(76;80)を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の導入器(1)。
- 前記カプセル(5)に関連する戻り防止装置は、前記カプセルの中に延在する少なくとも1つの係合タブ(76)を含み、これにより前記プラグ装置(17;53)は、遠位方向に移動する際には少なくとも1つの係合タブを通過し得るが、近位方向に移動する際には前記少なくとも1つの係合タブを通過し得ない、請求項7に記載の導入器(1)。
- 前記プラグ装置(17;53)に関連する戻り防止装置を含み、前記戻り防止装置は、前記カプセル(5)から出ることは可能であるが前記カプセルに再び入ることはできないOリング(80)を前記プラグ装置の周りに含む、請求項7に記載の導入器(1)。
- 前記プラグ装置(17;53)は、長手方向溝(45;55)またはアパーチャを含み、これによりトリガワイヤ(39)が前記プラグ装置(17;53)を通ることを可能にする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の導入器(1)。
- ステントまたはステントグラフト(35)が搭載される、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の導入器(1)。
