Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの近位の曲げ部分(86)を有する自己拡張型露出ステント(76)を含むステントグラフト(74)と組合わせるステントグラフト送給システム(50)であって、

前記カプセル(78)からの前記露出ステント(76)の早期離脱を防止する保持システムと、を有し、
前記保持システムは、
前記カプセル(78)に設けられた第1開口部(84、90、96)と第2開口部(88、94、98)とを有し、
更に、前記送給システム(50)の遠位端から近位方向に伸びるトリガワイヤであって、前記カプセル(78)の前記内腔の外側を近位方向に伸び、前記内腔の外側から前記第1開口部(84、90、96)内に伸びて前記第1開口部(84、90、96)において前記露出ステント(76)の前記近位の曲げ部分(86)に直接的又は間接的に係合し、さらに前記第1開口部(84、90、96)の近位側で前記内腔の外側から前記第2開口部(88、94、98)内へと伸びるようにされたトリガワイヤ(80)を有し、
前記露出ステント(76)は、前記トリガワイヤ(80)が除去されるまで前記カプセル(78)から離脱することができないようにされている、
ステントグラフト送給システム。 - 前記トリガワイヤ(80)は、ニッケル・チタン合金のワイヤからなる、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト送給システム。
- 前記トリガワイヤ(80)は、0.41mm(0.016インチ)から0.46mm(0.018インチ)の直径を有する、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト送給システム。
- 前記トリガワイヤ(80)は、前記露出ステント(76)の近位の曲げ部分(86)に直接係合する、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト送給システム。
- 前記露出ステントの前記近位の曲げ部分に係合する保持ループ(92)をさらに備え、前記トリガワイヤ(80)は、前記第1開口部(90、96)を通じて保持ループ(92)を介して前記近位の曲げ部分に間接的に係合する、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト送給システム。
- 前記保持ループ(92)は、生体適合性材料、縫合材料及びニチノールから選択された材料からなる、請求項5に記載のステントグラフト送給システム。
- 前記露出ステント(76)の前記近位の曲げ部分(86)は、前記第1開口部(84、90、96)に向かって曲げられて前記トリガワイヤ(80)と係合する、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト送給システム。
- 前記カプセル(78)が、円筒形の壁(95)を有し、該壁には厚みのある領域が設けられており、前記第1開口部(96)が、前記壁(95)の前記厚みのある領域を径方向に貫通して伸びる開口部(96)からなり、前記第2開口部(98)が、前記壁(95)の厚みのある領域を長手方向に貫通する開口部からなり、前記第1開口部と前記第2開口部とが交わる、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト送給システム。
- 前記トリガワイヤ(80)は、前記送給システム(50)の前記遠位端から前記カプセル(78)の前記第2開口部(98)へと伸びており、前記第1開口部において前記露出ステント(76)の前記近位の曲げ部分(86)と直接的又は間接的に係合して、さらに前記第1開口部の近位側で前記第2開口部(98)内へと伸びるようにされた、請求項8に記載のステントグラフト送給システム。
- 前記トリガワイヤ(80)は前記第2開口部(98)内にある間、そして、前記トリガワイヤ(80)の除去の間、直線的に保持される、請求項9に記載のステントグラフト送給システム。
- 前記送給システムは、近位の拡張器(58)を有し、前記拡張器(58)の遠位端には、前記カプセル(78)が設けられ、前記カプセル(78)は、遠位方向に向かう開口端を有し、前記露出ステント(76)は、近位方向に伸びる露出ステントを有し、前記近位方向に伸びる露出ステントは、前記カプセル(78)の遠位に向かう開口端内に受け入れられ、第2開口部(88)は、前記拡張器(58)内に設けられている、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト送給システム。
- 前記第2開口部(88)が前記第1開口部(84)の近位側にあり、
前記トリガワイヤ(80)が、前記送給システムの遠位端から近位方向に伸び、前記カプセル(78)の外側から前記第1開口部(84)内へと伸びて、前記露出ステントの前記近位の曲げ部分に係合し、前記カプセル(78)の前記第1開口部(84)から前記カプセルの外側に出て前記第2開口部(88)内へと近位方向に伸びる、請求項11に記載のステントグラフト送給システム。
