Description
図1、図2は、本発明の一実施態様を示しており、とくに、本発明に係る繊維強化樹脂構造体を車両用シートのシートバック用フレーム構造体として構成した場合について示している。図1、図2において、1は、本発明に係る繊維強化樹脂構造体の一例としての車両用シートのシートバック用フレーム構造体を示している。シートバック用フレーム構造体1は、強化繊維として炭素繊維を用いた繊維強化樹脂構造体の一体成形体に構成されている。シートバック用フレーム構造体1の下部の両側には、それぞれ、他部材、例えば、シートフレーム3の一部を構成する回動調整部材4へ連結するための連結具(例えば、ボルト)が挿入される、略水平方向に配列された2つの孔2a、2bが設けられている。本例では、図に示すように、例えば、車両後突時にシートバック用フレーム構造体1の上部に車両後方に向けて加わる衝撃荷重(F)を例にとってみると、孔2bは荷重(F)が加わった際の回動支点として機能し、孔2aの内面に、連結具としてのボルトからの荷重が加わることになる。すなわち、荷重(F)によって腕の長さをd1とするモーメントが孔2b周りに発生し、それに対抗するように、腕の長さを孔2a、2bの中心間距離d2とするモーメントが反対方向に発現し、それに伴って、孔2aの内面には、下向きの荷重S1が加わることになる。

Claims (12)
- 他部材への連結具が挿入される孔を有する繊維強化樹脂構造体であって、前記連結具からの荷重が作用する前記孔の内面部位における、該孔の内面部位に作用する前記連結具からの荷重が増大しないでも該孔の内面部位の変位が増大し始めるときの応力として表されるベアリング強度が、前記構造体のその部位を構成する繊維強化樹脂の破断強度よりも小さいことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂構造体。
- 前記連結具が挿入される孔が貫通孔からなる、請求項1に記載の繊維強化樹脂構造体。
- 前記連結具がピンまたはボルトからなる、請求項1または2に記載の繊維強化樹脂構造体。
- 前記構造体の前記連結具からの荷重が作用する前記孔の内面部位における繊維強化樹脂の強化繊維が、他の部位よりも多く配されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の繊維強化樹脂構造体。
- 前記構造体の前記連結具からの荷重が作用する前記孔の内面部位に、前記孔の内面部位の変位の開始の起点となるトリガが設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の繊維強化樹脂構造体。
- 前記トリガが、前記孔の内面部位に形成された切欠きからなる、請求項5に記載の繊維強化樹脂構造体。
- 前記トリガの設置部を除く前記孔の周辺部に、連続強化繊維が配置されている、請求項5または6に記載の繊維強化樹脂構造体。
- 前記連続強化繊維として、前記孔の周辺部を構成する繊維強化樹脂に用いられる強化繊維とは異なる種類の強化繊維が用いられている、請求項7に記載の繊維強化樹脂構造体。
- 前記構造体を構成する繊維強化樹脂が炭素繊維を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の繊維強化樹脂構造体。
- 車両用部品に用いることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の繊維強化樹脂構造体。
- 車両用シートのシートバック用フレーム構造体からなる、請求項10に記載の繊維強化樹脂構造体。
- 前記シートバック用フレーム構造体の下部に他部材への連結具が挿入される少なくとも2つの孔が設けられており、そのうちの少なくとも一方の孔が、前記繊維強化樹脂の破断強度よりも小さいベアリング強度の内面部位を有する孔からなる、請求項11に記載の繊維強化樹脂構造体。
