Claims (18)
- 端子台と把持部材とを組合わせる導線端子台構成であって、
前記端子台は、本体と、前記本体に形成するチャンバ及び前記チャンバに連通する挿入孔とを包括し、
前記把持部材は、前記本体に枢設して押し下げ部及び押動部を設ける枢設端と枢動可能に形成する操作端とを有し、
前記チャンバは、ヘッド端及び末端を有する金属弾性片を設置し、前記金属弾性片は、前記把持部材が前記ヘッド端を駆動することを許容することで、前記末端に押し下げ或いは押し上げ運動を発生させ、
枢動可能に形成してスプリングを組合わせる接合部材を前記チャンバに設置し、且つ前記把持部材を常態的に接合する位置に位置し、前記把持部材は、スロットと、前記スロット上に形成して前記スロットに導入口を有することを定義する制限部とを設置することを特徴とする導線端子台構成。 - 前記チャンバは、回路基板に設置するために用いる端子ピンをさらに設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記本体の前記挿入孔は、導線を前記チャンバ内部に挿入させ、前記金属弾性片の前記末端に圧着されて前記端子ピンと電気的接続を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記把持部材の前記枢設端のエリアには 凹部が設置され、前記凹部は押し下げ部と押動部とに接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記金属弾性片の前記ヘッド端は、前記凹部内部に入り込むことで、前記把持部材の前記押し下げ部が前記金属弾性片の前記ヘッド端を押し下げるか、前記把持部材の前記押動部が前記金属弾性片の前記ヘッド端を押動するかのいづれか一つを許容することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記把持部材の前記スロットと前記制限部とは、前記枢設端と前記操作端との間にあるエリアに位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記把持部材の前記スロットと前記制限部とは、前記操作端に近接するエリアに位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記把持部材の前記接合部材は、枢設端と自由端とを包括し、前記枢設端は穴を含み、前記スプリングと一緒に前記本体の前記チャンバにある円柱に組合わせることで、前記接合部材の前記自由端が枢動可能に前記把持部材の前記スロットに入り込み、前記制限部と接合状態を形成したり、前記把持部材の前記制限部が前記接合部材の前記自由端を押動することで、接合状態を解除したりすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つに記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記スプリングは、第一端と第二端とを有し、前記第一端は前記本体上に圧着し、前記第二端は前記スプリングから垂直に湾曲する構成を形成し、前記接合部材の背部に接合することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記把持部材の前記制限部が前記接合部材の前記自由端の位置に到達すると、前記制限部は前記接合部材の前記自由端を押し開き、前記接合部材の前記背部で前記スプリングの前記第二端を押し下げ、前記スプリングに力を溜め、前記制限部が前記接合部材の前記自由端を超えた後、前記スプリングが力を解放すると、前記自由端を前記スロットに入り込ませ、前記自由端を前記把持部材の前記制限部に接合する位置に位置させることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記把持部材は、前記制限部で前記接合部材の前記自由端を押し開き、前記押動部で前記金属弾性片の前記ヘッド端を押し上げ、接合状態を解除することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記把持部材の前記操作端から前記枢設端までの長さをL1とし、前記制限部から前記把持部材の前記枢設端までの長さL2とし、前記押し下げ部から前記把持部材の前記枢設端までの長さをL3とし、L2はL3より長く、L1はL2より長いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記L1は、およそ前記L3の4倍〜5倍に相当し、前記L2は、およそ前記L3の3倍〜4倍に相当することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記把持部材の前記操作端から前記枢設端までの長さをL1とし、前記接合部材の前記自由端から前記把持部材の前記枢設端までの長さL2とし、前記押し下げ部から前記把持部材の前記枢設端までの長さをL3とし、L2はL3より長く、L1はL2より長いことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記L1は、およそ前記L3の4倍〜5倍に相当し、前記L2は、およそ前記L3の3倍〜4倍に相当することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記押し下げ部が前記金属弾性片の前記ヘッド端を押し下げる力をFとすれば、前記把持部材の前記操作端を操作する付勢力は、4分の1〜5分の1のFであることを特徴とする請求項13或いは15に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記制限部が前記接合部材の前記自由端に組合されて発生する総付勢力は、3分の1〜4分の1のFであることを特徴とする請求項13或いは15に記載の導線端子台構成。
- 前記総付勢力は、水平分力と垂直分力とを包括し、前記水平分力は前記総付勢力の2分の1に相当することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の導線端子台構成。
