Claims (8)
- 内部空間(3)とタンク壁(41)とを有するタンク(2)と、前記タンク(2)の前記内部空間(3)に少なくとも部分的に配置される容器(4)とを有する、液体還元剤を提供するための装置(1)であって、フィルタ(5)と送達ユニット(8)とを接続するように抽出開口部(16)が容器(4)に形成され、前記タンク(2)はタンク底部(15)を有し、前記タンク底部(15)は、容器(4)に直接近接して、還元剤だめ(28)を有し、前記液体還元剤は、尿素又は尿素水溶液の少なくとも一方を有し、前記容器(4)は、その外側で、フィルタ面(6)およびフィルタ深さ(7)を有するフィルタ(5)により少なくとも部分的に囲まれ、前記タンク(2)から前記フィルタ(5)を通り、抽出点(9)まで前記液体還元剤を送達するように設定される送達ユニット(8)が前記容器(4)において配置され、前記抽出点(9)には、前記送達ユニット(8)によって前記液体還元剤が送達され、前記タンク(2)内に保存される前記液体還元剤が最初に前記フィルタ(5)を流れた後に、前記容器(4)の内部領域に流れ、前記送達ユニット(8)によって前記タンク(2)から抽出された前記液体還元剤が抽出開口部(16)を流れて送達ユニット(8)に流れ、前記タンク壁(41)と前記フィルタ(5)との間にさらなるコンポーネントが配置されず、フィルタ(5)に対して均一に近づく前記液体還元剤の流れを阻害するさらなるコンポーネントが配置されない、装置。
- 前記フィルタ(5)は、内側支持構造(10)および外側支持構造(11)を有し、さらに前記内側支持構造(10)と前記外側支持構造(11)との間に配置されるフィルタ媒体(12)を有し、前記内側支持構造(10)および前記外側支持構造(11)は還元剤を通して流すための開口部(13)を有する、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記容器(4)は抽出開口部(16)を有し、前記抽出開口部(16)を通して、還元剤が、前記タンク(2)から前記容器(4)および前記送達ユニット(8)内に流れ出すことができ、前記抽出開口部(16)が前記タンク底部(15)に近接して配置されるように、前記容器(4)は前記タンク底部(15)に配置される、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記フィルタ(5)の前記フィルタ面(6)は、前記フィルタ深さ(7)の平方の少なくとも10倍に対応する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記フィルタ(5)は波形(17)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記フィルタ(5)と前記容器(4)との間に中間空間(18)が設けられ、前記中間空間(18)を通して、還元剤が、前記フィルタ面(6)のいずれかの点から前記容器(4)上の抽出開口部(16)まで通過できる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記送達ユニット(8)は、前記送達ユニット(8)から前記タンク(2)内へ還元剤を戻すための戻りライン(19)を有し、前記戻りライン(19)は、前記フィルタ(5)と前記容器(4)との間の中間空間(18)内に開口している、請求項6に記載の装置(1)。
- 内燃エンジン(21)と、前記内燃エンジン(21)の排気ガスを浄化するための排気システム(22)を有する自動車(20)であって、前記排気システム(22)は、前記排気システム(22)内に還元剤を供給するための注入器(23)を有し、前記注入器(23)は、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の液体還元剤を提供するための装置(1)に接続される、自動車(20)。
