・または適切な継手/ラインを使用して同様の効果を生成する4/2方向の弁であることが有利である。

Claims (10)
- 添加剤を貯蔵するためのタンクと、噴射器と、噴射ラインを介して前記タンクから前記噴射器に添加剤を搬送するためのポンプと、前記タンクと前記ポンプとの間の前記噴射ラインに配置された一次フィルタと、同じく前記噴射ラインに、しかし前記ポンプと前記噴射器との間に配置された二次フィルタとを備えるSCRシステムであって、両方のフィルタの間に配置された粒子トラップをさらに備え、
前記SCRシステムの流れを前記噴射器から前記タンクへ反転させることによって、前記SCRシステムをパージするためのパージ装置をさらに備えるSCRシステム。 - 前記ポンプが、2つの反対の回転方向に作動できる歯車ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のSCRシステム。
- 前記二次フィルタが、前記噴射器に一体化されたストレーナであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のSCRシステム。
- 前記粒子トラップが、蛇行路を有する装置であり、前記蛇行路を有する前記装置は液体が蛇行路を通ってなお流れることができる間に前記蛇行路の流れから粒子を流出させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のSCRシステム。
- 前記粒子トラップが、前記噴射器から前記タンクに流れるように前記添加剤の流れが反転されるとき、前記二次フィルタから引き戻される粒子のみをトラップすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のSCRシステム。
- 前記粒子トラップが前記一次フィルタに一体化されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のSCRシステム。
- 前記パージ装置が、前記ポンプの流れを反転させるためのスイッチであるか、または継手/ラインを使用して前記ポンプの流れを反転させるための4/2方向の弁であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のSCRシステム。
- 前記タンクを前記ポンプに接続する添加剤戻りラインであって、添加剤戻りライン自体をパージすることができる、添加剤戻りラインを備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のSCRシステム。
- 凍結の場合に前記添加剤タンクの少なくとも一部を解凍することができる装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のSCRシステム。
- ヒータが、前記添加剤タンク内に浸漬されたフランジの部分である液体リザーバに一体化されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のSCRシステム。
