Claims (10)
- タンク(4)から添加剤分配装置(5)まで延びる送出経路(3)と、
前記タンク(4)のタンク内部(16)に配置され、該タンク内部(16)から壁部(15)によって仕切られたチャンバ(14)と、
前記仕切られたチャンバ(14)内に配置され、前記タンク内部(16)から液体添加剤(2)を抜き取る送出ユニット(10)と、を有しており、
前記送出経路(3)の少なくとも1つのセクション(6)によって形成されるジャケット(7)は、前記仕切られたチャンバ(14)を少なくとも部分的に包囲し、面状キャビティ(17)を形成しており、これにより、前記ジャケット(7)は、前記仕切られたチャンバ(14)をタンク内部(16)に対して断熱する断熱部(9)を形成していることを特徴とする、液体添加剤(2)を提供する装置。 - ヒータ(11)を有し、前記ジャケット(7)は、少なくとも部分的に前記ヒータ(11)と前記送出ユニット(10)との間に配置されており、これにより、前記ジャケット(7)における断熱部(9)が前記送出ユニット(10)を前記ヒータ(11)に対して少なくとも部分的に断熱している、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ヒータ(11)は、少なくとも1つの能動的な加熱セクション(12)と、少なくとも1つの受動的な熱分配セクション(13)とを有し、該受動的な熱分配セクション(13)は、前記ジャケット(7)における前記断熱部(9)によって前記送出ユニット(10)に対して断熱されている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記ジャケット(7)の領域には、前記送出経路(3)における前記液体添加剤をろ過するフィルタ(18)が配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記送出経路(3)は、前記ジャケット(7)の領域において、前記仕切られたチャンバ(14)の壁部(15)と、前記仕切られたチャンバ(14)を包囲するベル形カバー(20)との間の面状キャビティ(17)によって形成されており、前記送出経路(3)は、前記ベル形カバー(20)のベース領域(21)において前記タンク内部(16)から前記面状キャビティ(17)へ開口しており、かつ前記ベル形カバー(20)の上部領域(22)における内部吸込み箇所(23)を通じて前記面状キャビティから出ている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 前記仕切られたチャンバ(14)の前記壁部(15)及び前記ベル形カバー(20)は、プラスチックから製造されており、前記タンク内部(16)の前記液体添加剤(2)を加熱する少なくとも1つのヒータ(11)の少なくとも1つのセクションは、少なくとも部分的に前記ベル形カバー(20)に埋め込まれている、請求項5記載の装置(1)。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の液体添加剤(2)を提供する装置(1)を作動させる方法であって、少なくとも以下のステップ:
a)前記液体添加剤(2)を前記タンク(4)から前記添加剤分配装置(5)へ前記送出経路(3)に沿って送出方向(8)に送出するステップ、
b)送出を停止するステップ、
c)前記送出経路(3)の前記セクション(6)を少なくとも部分的に排液するステップ、及び
d)排液された前記送出経路(3)によって前記ジャケット(7)に断熱部(9)を形成するステップ
を有することを特徴とする、液体添加剤を提供する装置を作動させる方法。 - 前記液体添加剤(2)が前記送出方向(8)とは逆に前記送出経路(3)から前記タンク(4)へ逆送されることにより前記送出経路(3)の前記セクション(6)を排液する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記送出経路(3)の前記セクション(6)における前記液体添加剤(2)が少なくとも部分的に蒸発させられることによって前記送出経路(3)の前記セクション(6)を排液する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 内燃機関(25)と、該内燃機関(25)の排ガスの浄化用の排ガス処理装置(26)と、液体添加剤(2)を前記排ガス処理装置(26)に供給することができる請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)とを有することを特徴とする、自動車(24)。
