Claims (11)
- タンク底部(5)、タンク頂部及び少なくとも一つのタンク側部を有する少なくとも1つのタンク(1)と、
前記タンクの外側において、前記タンク底部(5)から始まって、前記タンク頂部(7)の付近まで少なくとも1つのタンク側部(6)を介して延びる前記タンク側部(6)と接触して配置されている少なくとも1つの局所通気ヒータ(40)と、
前記タンク底部(5)に配置され、少なくとも1つのヒータ(29)を有するチャンバ(9)と、
前記チャンバ(9)内に配置される、液体の送給ユニット(8)と、
前記送給ユニット(8)からその外側に延び、前記少なくとも1つの局所通気ヒータ(40)が少なくとも部分的に共に形成される、被加熱噴射ライン(12)と、
を備える装置。 - 前記ヒータ(29)は、少なくともチャンバ側壁(34)またはチャンバ頂部側(35)と熱伝導接触状態に配置される少なくとも1つの電気加熱セグメント(33)によって実現される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバ(9)の高さ(37)方向において複数の加熱セグメント(33)が設けられる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバ(9)の頂部側(35)の領域において熱絶縁層(28)が設けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ヒータ(29)は、異なる熱膨張係数を有する2つの異なる材料から形成される自己制御可能な少なくとも1つの加熱セグメントを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒータ(29)は、充填レベルゲージ(4)として設計される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバ(9)に近い前記タンク底部(5)上に少なくとも1つの熱伝導手段(39)が配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記熱伝導手段(39)は、前記チャンバ(9)を固定する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記タンク(1)から前記チャンバ(9)内への液体(2)用の排出ライン(10)および前記チャンバ(9)から前記タンク(1)内への液体(2)用の戻りライン(11)が設けられ、前記排出ライン(10)および前記戻りライン(11)は、前記チャンバ(9)内の異なる位置に配置される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも前記排出ライン(10)または前記戻りライン(11)は、ドレンブロック(31)を有する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記排出ライン(10)は、前記タンク底部(5)の近くに配置される一方、前記戻りライン(11)は、前記チャンバ(9)のチャンバ上側(35)に配置される、請求項9または10に記載の装置。
