后来,现有技术中出现了安装在尿素箱顶部的尿素泵模块。虽然这种设计节省了一些空间,但是由于尿素泵模块还是会向上凸出尿素箱,因此还是会占用一些空间。
为了更好地解决上述问题,现有技术中出现了安装在尿素箱底部的尿素泵模块。由于浓度为32.5%的尿素溶液在低温环境下会因结冰而冻住,因此,尿素泵模块需要解决加热解冻的问题。另外,如何对尿素泵模块中的各个元件进行合理的布置也是非常重要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具备加热解冻功能且元件布置较好的尿素泵模块。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种用以安装于尿素箱底部的尿素泵模块,所述尿素泵模块包括底座、安装在所述底座上的泵组件以及遮罩在所述泵组件上的壳体组件,其中所述底座内设有电路板以及尿素出口接头,所述泵组件包括用以向所述尿素出口接头输送尿素溶液的尿素泵以及用以驱动所述尿素泵且与所述电路板相连接的泵线圈,所述壳体组件包括壳体及紧密贴靠在所述壳体的内侧的第一加热毯,所述壳体设有让尿素溶液进入的第一开槽;所述底座设有座体、平铺在所述座体上的第二加热毯以及固定在所述座体的下方的底盖,所述底盖设有容纳所述电路板的收容腔,所述泵线圈、第一加热毯以及第二加热毯均与所述电路板相连接。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述座体设有板状部、向上凸出所述板状部的环形凸缘以及向下凸出所述板状部的凸起部,所述板状部设有上表面,所述第二加热毯平铺在所述上表面上。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述板状部的上表面设有一个凸台,所述凸台设有一个通 孔;所述泵组件设有向下凸出的凸柱,所述凸柱插在所述通孔中,所述泵组件至少部分贴合在所述凸台上;所述第二加热毯围绕所述凸台。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述凸起部设有容纳腔,所述底座设有安装在所述容纳腔中的超声波探头、温度传感器以及压力传感器,其中所述温度传感器向上贯穿所述板状部的上表面,所述压力传感器与所述尿素出口接头相连通。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述壳体设有顶壁以及圆筒状的侧壁,所述顶壁设有开孔,所述第一加热毯为柔性加热元件,所述第一加热毯紧密贴靠在所述侧壁的内侧,所述第一加热毯通过若干固定元件固定到所述侧壁上;所述超声波探头向上与所述开孔对齐。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述侧壁的底部设有若干第一悬臂,每一个第一悬臂设有第一狭槽;所述环形凸缘的外表面设有沿竖直方向卡持在所述第一狭槽的底部的若干第一凸起。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述侧壁设有下边缘,所述底座设有位于所述环形凸缘的外部且用以收容所述下边缘的环形槽,所述第一开槽向下贯穿所述下边缘,每一个第一悬臂的两侧均设有所述第一开槽。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述底盖设有若干第二悬臂,每一个第二悬臂设有第二狭槽,所述凸起部的外表面设有沿竖直方向卡持在所述第二狭槽的顶部的若干第二凸起。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述底盖设有上边缘以及位于每一个第二悬臂的两侧的第二开槽,所述第二开槽向上贯穿所述上边缘,所述第二悬臂均呈梯形。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述泵组件包括泵单元、遮罩在所述泵单元外围的泵罩壳、环绕在所述泵单元底部的第一过滤器以及位于所述第一过滤器外围的第二过滤器;所述底盖设有与所述收容腔连通的防水透气盖。
相较于现有技术,本发明通过设置第一、第二加热毯,提高了加热解冻的效果;另外,通过将尿素泵模块、泵组件以及壳体组件进行模块化的布置,提高了安装的便利性。

具体实施方式
请参图1至图23所示,本发明揭示了一种用以安装于尿素箱底部的尿素泵模块100,所述尿素泵模块100包括底座1、安装在所述底座1上的泵组件2以及遮罩在所述泵组件2上的壳体组件3。
请参图9至图11所示,所述壳体组件3包括壳体31及紧密贴靠在所述壳体31的内侧的第一加热毯32。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述壳体31设有顶壁311以及圆筒状的侧壁312。所述顶壁311设有开孔3111。所述开孔3111在尿素液位较高时能够让尿素溶液进入所述尿素泵模块100中;同时,所述开孔3111还用以与超声波探头相对应,用以测量尿素箱中的尿素液位 (容后详述)。所述侧壁312的底部设有用以与所述底座1相扣接的若干第一悬臂3121。每一个第一悬臂3121设有第一狭槽3122。另外,所述侧壁312还设有位于每一个第一悬臂3121的两侧的第一开槽3123。所述侧壁312设有下边缘3124,所述第一开槽3123向下贯穿所述下边缘3124。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述第一开槽3123呈V形,所述第一悬臂3121均呈梯形。如此设置,一方面,通过设置第一开槽3123来形成第一悬臂3121;另一方面,这些第一开槽3123能够作为尿素溶液进入所述尿素泵模块100的进入口。
所述第一加热毯32紧密贴靠在所述侧壁312的内侧。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述壳体31由金属材料制成,所述第一加热毯32为柔性加热元件。如此设置,柔性加热元件能够更好的实现与侧壁312的贴合,从而有利于热量的传递;另外,柔性加热元件加工工艺简单且能够制作得较薄,从而节省成本;并且,柔性加热元件能够较好的适应车辆在行驶过程中的震动,可靠性较好。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述第一加热毯32环绕在所述泵组件2的外围,如此设置,一方面,通过第一加热毯32把热量传递到壳体31上,能够实现对尿素箱进行加热;另一方面,被第一加热毯32所包围的尿素(包括残留在所述泵组件2中的尿素)也能够被及时加热,从而实现快速解冻。
在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述第一加热毯32通过若干固定元件33固定到所述侧壁312上。为了让位,所述第一加热毯32还设有对应于所述第一悬臂3121的若干缺口321。
请参图12至图20所示,所述底座1设有座体11、平铺在所述座体11上的第二加热毯12以及固定在所述座体11的下方的底盖13,其中所述座体11设有板状部111、向上凸出所述板状部111的环形凸缘112以及向下凸出所述板状部111的凸起部113。
所述板状部111设有上表面1111以及位于所述上表面1111内的凸台1112。所述凸台1112设有与所述泵组件2的高压出口相连通的通孔1113。
所述底座1还设有位于所述环形凸缘112的外部且用以收容所述壳体31的下边缘3124的环形槽114。所述环形凸缘112的外表面设有沿竖直方向卡持在所述第一狭槽3122的底部的若干第一凸起1121。
所述凸起部113设有容纳腔115以及与所述通孔1113相连通的尿素出口接头116。所述底座1设有安装在所述容纳腔115中的超声波探头117、温度传感器118以及压力传感器119。所述超声波探头117向上与所述开孔3111对齐,用以检测尿素溶液的液面高度。所述温度传感器118 也向上贯穿所述板状部111的上表面1111,用以检测尿素溶液的温度。所述压力传感器119与所述尿素出口接头116相连通以检测所述泵组件2的出口压力。另外,请参图20所示,所述凸起部113的外表面还设有若干第二凸起1131。
所述第二加热毯12平铺在所述上表面1111上,以能够向上对泵组件2内的尿素进行加热解冻。所述第二加热毯12围绕在所述通孔1113的附近。如此设置,以能够更好地对所述泵组件2的出口位置处的尿素进行加热。优选地,所述第二加热毯12是柔性加热元件。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述泵组件2至少部分贴合在所述凸台1112上,以实现密封。所述第二加热毯12围绕所述凸台1112。
所述底盖13设有电路板131、容纳所述电路板131的收容腔132以及与所述收容腔132连通的防水透气盖133。由于电路板131上的电子元器件在工作时会发热,导致其周围的空气膨胀,通过设置所述防水透气盖133很好的解决了因空气膨胀而压坏电子元器件的问题,同时也能起到防水的功效。
所述第一加热毯32以及所述第二加热毯12均与所述电路板131相连接。此外,所述底盖13还设有若干第二悬臂134。每一个第二悬臂134设有第二狭槽135。所述底盖13设有位于每一个第二悬臂134的两侧的第二开槽136。所述底盖13设有上边缘137,所述第二开槽136向上贯穿所述上边缘137。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述第二开槽136呈V形,所述第二悬臂134均呈梯形。所述第二凸起1131沿竖直方向卡持在所述第二狭槽135的顶部,以将所述底盖13与所述座体11扣持在一起。
请参图13至图17所示,所述泵组件2包括泵单元21、遮罩在所述泵单元21外围的泵罩壳22、环绕在所述泵单元21底部的第一过滤器23以及位于所述第一过滤器23外围的第二过滤器24。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述泵单元21包括安装板211、位于所述安装板211的下部且用以向所述尿素出口接头116输送尿素溶液的尿素泵212、以及位于所述安装板211的上部且用以驱动所述尿素泵212的泵线圈213。所述尿素泵212可以是齿轮泵、膜片泵、柱塞泵等。请参图21所示,在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述尿素泵212为齿轮泵,如此设置,一方面齿轮泵具备相对较大的泵压力;另一方面,通过齿轮泵的反转能够实现对残留尿素的抽空,降低系统被冻坏的风险。所述泵线圈213与所述电路板131相连接。所述尿素泵212设有尿素进口2121、尿素出口以及与所述尿素出口相连通的凸柱2122。所述凸柱2122上套有密封圈2123,以在插入所 述通孔1113后能够实现密封。所述第一过滤器23环绕在所述尿素泵212的外围以过滤杂质,所述尿素进口2121位于所述第一过滤器23的内部。
所述第一过滤器23包括顶壁231、底壁232、位于所述顶壁231与所述底壁232之间的环形壁233以及由所述顶壁231、底壁232以及环形壁233所围成的收容空间234,其中所述顶壁231设有供所述尿素泵212穿过的开口2311。所述顶壁231抵靠所述安装板211。所述尿素泵212位于所述收容空间234中,所述底壁232设有供所述凸柱2122穿过的穿孔2321。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述第一过滤器23为精滤过滤器。
在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述第二过滤器24为粗滤过滤器。所述第二过滤器24呈C形,以具备一定的弹性,从而便于安装。
所述泵罩壳22设有用以卡持所述第二过滤器24的凹陷221以及连通所述第一过滤器23与所述第二过滤器24的若干连通孔222。所述连通孔222径向贯穿所述泵罩壳222。
使用时,将所述尿素泵模块100安装到尿素箱底部。优选地,将所述尿素泵模块100安装到尿素箱的底部。尿素箱中的尿素溶液通过壳体31上的第一开槽3123进入到尿素泵模块100的内部。当然,在尿素溶液的液面足够高时,尿素溶液还可以通过壳体31上的开孔3111进入到尿素泵模块100的内部。然后,尿素溶液经过第二过滤器24、连通孔222以及第一过滤器23进入到尿素泵212的尿素进口2121中。再通过尿素泵212加压之后,输送到尿素出口接头116。最后,从尿素出口接头116出来的高压尿素溶液被输送到尿素喷嘴,并通过尿素喷嘴喷射到发动机的尾气中,从而实现尾气净化。
另外,以上实施例仅用于说明本发明而并非限制本发明所描述的技术方案,对本说明书的理解应该以所属技术领域的技术人员为基础,尽管本说明书参照上述的实施例对本发明已进行了详细的说明,但是,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,所属技术领域的技术人员仍然可以对本发明进行修改或者等同替换,而一切不脱离本发明的精神和范围的技术方案及其改进,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用以安装于尿素箱底部的尿素泵模块,所述尿素泵模块包括底座、安装在所述底座上的泵组件以及遮罩在所述泵组件上的壳体组件,其中所述底座内设有电路板以及尿素出口接头,所述泵组件包括用以向所述尿素出口接头输送尿素溶液的尿素泵以及用以驱动所述尿素泵且与所述电路板相连接的泵线圈,其特征在于:所述壳体组件包括壳体及紧密贴靠在所述壳体的内侧的第一加热毯,所述壳体设有让尿素溶液进入的第一开槽;所述底座设有座体、平铺在所述座体上的第二加热毯以及固定在所述座体的下方的底盖,所述底盖设有容纳所述电路板的收容腔,所述泵线圈、第一加热毯以及第二加热毯均与所述电路板相连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的尿素泵模块,其特征在于:所述座体设有板状部、向上凸出所述板状部的环形凸缘以及向下凸出所述板状部的凸起部,所述板状部设有上表面,所述第二加热毯平铺在所述上表面上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的尿素泵模块,其特征在于:所述板状部的上表面设有一个凸台,所述凸台设有一个通孔;所述泵组件设有向下凸出的凸柱,所述凸柱插在所述通孔中,所述泵组件至少部分贴合在所述凸台上;所述第二加热毯围绕所述凸台。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的尿素泵模块,其特征在于:所述凸起部设有容纳腔,所述底座设有安装在所述容纳腔中的超声波探头、温度传感器以及压力传感器,其中所述温度传感器向上贯穿所述板状部的上表面,所述压力传感器与所述尿素出口接头相连通。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的尿素泵模块,其特征在于:所述壳体设有顶壁以及圆筒状的侧壁,所述顶壁设有开孔,所述第一加热毯为柔性加热元件,所述第一加热毯紧密贴靠在所述侧壁的内侧,所述第一加热毯通过若干固定元件固定到所述侧壁上;所述超声波探头向上与所述开孔对齐。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的尿素泵模块,其特征在于:所述侧壁的底部设有若干第一悬臂,每一个第一悬臂设有第一狭槽;所述环形凸缘的外表面设有沿竖直方向卡持在所述第一狭槽的底部的若干第一凸起。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的尿素泵模块,其特征在于:所述侧壁设有下边缘,所述底座设有位于所述环形凸缘的外部且用以收容所述下边缘的环形槽,所述第一开槽向下贯穿所述下边缘,每一 个第一悬臂的两侧均设有所述第一开槽。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的尿素泵模块,其特征在于:所述底盖设有若干第二悬臂,每一个第二悬臂设有第二狭槽,所述凸起部的外表面设有沿竖直方向卡持在所述第二狭槽的顶部的若干第二凸起。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的尿素泵模块,其特征在于:所述底盖设有上边缘以及位于每一个第二悬臂的两侧的第二开槽,所述第二开槽向上贯穿所述上边缘,所述第二悬臂均呈梯形。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的尿素泵模块,其特征在于:所述泵组件包括泵单元、遮罩在所述泵单元外围的泵罩壳、环绕在所述泵单元底部的第一过滤器以及位于所述第一过滤器外围的第二过滤器;所述底盖设有与所述收容腔连通的防水透气盖。
