Description
Claims (14)

前記フィードバック及びコンプライアンス装置は、
(i)複数のセンサと、
(ii)1つ又はそれよりも多くのフィードバック装置と、
(iii)処理装置とを含み、
前記複数のセンサの個々のセンサは、前記薬品保管及び供給装置の作動によって導入される薬品の流れを変更又は妨害せずに、当該呼吸医薬供給装置の使用に関するパラメータと関連する出力伝達情報を提供するよう構成され、
前記複数のセンサは、
(A)前記薬品保管及び供給装置の震動と関連する出力伝達情報を提供するよう構成される運動感知装置、
(B)患者の顔に対する当該呼吸医薬供給装置の位置と関連する出力伝達情報を提供するよう構成される近接センサ、
(C)前記薬品保管及び供給装置の吸入及び/又は作動を示す音を検出する1つ又はそれよりも多くのマイクロフォン、及び
(D)弁付き保持チャンバの吐出弁の開放を感知するためのセンサを含み、
前記処理装置は、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くのフィードバック装置に、前記複数のセンサのうちの少なくとも1つのセンサの出力に基づき、当該呼吸医薬供給装置の使用に関するフィードバック情報を患者に提供させるようプログラムされる、
呼吸医薬供給装置。 - 前記複数のセンサは、更に、(i)患者による吸入と関連する出力伝達情報を提供するよう構成される流動センサ、及び、(ii)前記薬品保管及び供給装置の作動と関連する出力伝達情報を提供するよう構成される力感知装置を含む、請求項1に記載の呼吸医薬供給装置。
- 前記運動感知装置は、加速度計であり、前記流動センサは、MEMS型の流動センサであり、前記力感知装置は、荷重計又はひずみ計である、請求項2に記載の呼吸医薬供給装置。

(i)前記薬品保管及び供給装置が前記フィードバック及びコンプライアンス装置内に挿入されたという決定に応答する、前記薬品保管及び供給装置が前記フィードバック及びコンプライアンス装置内に挿入されたことを示す第一の表示、(ii)前記薬品保管及び供給装置が振り動かされたという決定に応答する、前記薬品保管及び供給装置が適切に振り動かされたことを示す第二の表示、(iii)前記薬品保管及び供給装置が作動させられたという決定に応答する、前記薬品保管及び供給装置が適切に作動させられたことを示す第三の表示、(iv)第一の特定の方法における吸入が完了したという決定に応答する、吸入が適切に遂行されたことを示す第四の表示、及び、(v)患者が第二の特定の方法において自分の息を止めたという決定に応答する、息止めが適切に遂行されたことを示す第五の表示の形態のフィードバック情報を提供させるようプログラムされる、請求項2に記載の呼吸医薬供給装置。 - 前記フィードバック及びコンプライアンス装置は、開口を定めるハウジングを含み、該ハウジングは、前記開口より上に配置される頂部と、前記開口より下に配置される底部と、前方側部と、後方側部とを含み、前記出口は、前記前方側部から外向きに延び、前記力感知装置は、前記底部において前記ハウジング内に設けられる、請求項2に記載の呼吸医薬供給装置。

開口を有するハウジングと
複数のセンサと、
1つ又はそれよりも多くのフィードバック装置と、
処理装置とを含み、
前記開口は、前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置の出口を受け入れるよう構成され、
前記複数のセンサの個々のセンサは、前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置の作動によって導入される薬品の流れを変更又は妨害せずに、前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置の使用に関するパラメータと関連する出力伝達情報を提供するよう構成され、
前記複数のセンサは、
(A)前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置の震動と関連する出力伝達情報を提供するよう構成される運動感知装置、
(B)患者の顔に対する前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置の位置と関連する出力伝達情報を提供するよう構成される近接センサ、
(C)前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置の吸入及び/又は作動を示す音を検出する1つ又はそれよりも多くのマイクロフォン、及び
(D)弁付き保持チャンバの吐出弁の開放を感知するためのセンサを含み、
前記処理装置は、前記1つ又はそれよりも多くのフィードバック装置に、前記複数のセンサのうちの少なくとも1つのセンサの出力に基づき、前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置の使用にするフィードバック情報を患者に提供させるようプログラムされる、
フィードバック及びコンプライアンス装置。 - 前記複数のセンサは、更に、(i)患者による吸入を感知するための流動センサと、(ii)前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置の作動を感知するための力感知装置とを含む、請求項9に記載のフィードバック及びコンプライアンス装置。
- 前記処理装置は、1つ又はそれよりも多くのフィードバック装置に、(i)前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置が前記フィードバック及びコンプライアンス装置内に挿入されたという決定に応答する、前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置を振り動かすという指示、(ii)前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置が振り動かされたという決定に応答する、前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置を作動させるという指示、(iii)前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置が作動させられたという決定に応答する、第一の特定の方法において吸入するという指示、及び、(iv)前記第一の特定の方向における吸入が完了したという決定に応答する、患者が第二の特定の方法において自分の息を止めることを指示するという指示の形態のフィードバック情報を提供させるようプログラムされる、請求項10に記載のフィードバック及びコンプライアンス装置。
- 前記処理装置は、1つ又はそれよりも多くのフィードバック装置に、(i)前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置が前記フィードバック及びコンプライアンス装置内に挿入されたという決定に応答する、前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置が前記フィードバック及びコンプライアンス装置内に適切に挿入されたことを示す第一の表示、(ii)前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置が振り動かされたという決定に応答する、前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置が適切に振り動かされたことを示す第二の表示、(iii)前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置が作動させられたという決定に応答する、前記呼吸薬品保管及び供給装置が適切に作動させられたことを示す第三の表示、(iv)吸入が第一の特定の方法において完了したという決定に応答する、吸入が適切に遂行されたことを示す第四の表示、及び、(v)患者が第二の特定の方法において自分の息を止めたという決定に応答する、息止めが適切に遂行されたことを示す第五の決定の形態のフィードバック情報を提供させるようプログラムされる、請求項10に記載のフィードバック及びコンプライアンス装置。
- 弁付き保持チャンバの主チャンバに結合されるよう構成されるアダプタを更に含み、該アダプタは、前記出口を受け入れ且つ保持するよう構成される、請求項9に記載のフィードバック及びコンプライアンス装置。
