Claims (12)
- 加工機械での加工工程中における試験片についてのインプロセス計測のための計測装置であって、
本体部と、
中立位置と計測位置の間で移動可能であり、計測ヘッドが前記計測位置において前記試験片の回転軸周りの周回運動に追従するよう形成されつつ設けられた連接棒を介して前記本体部に結合された計測ヘッドと、
計測工程の制御のための制御装置と
を備え、前記計測ヘッドが、計測工程中に計測値を記録するための、線形の軸に沿って振出可能な計測探触子を備えている、前記計測装置において、
前記制御装置(80)が、当該計測装置(2)がキャリブレーションモードにおいてキャリブレーションされるよう形成され、かつ、設けられていること、前記計測ヘッド(12)が、開口角度α(第1の角度)及び対称軸(100)を有する計測用プリズム(38)を備えていること、前記計測探触子(36)の前記線形の軸(92)の向きが、前記計測用プリズムの前記対称軸に対して第2の角度βをなしていること、並びにキャリブレーションが、前記第1の角度α及び/又は前記第2の角度βに関して行われることを特徴とする計測装置。 - 計測が行われる計測モードとキャリブレーションが行われるキャリブレーションモードの間での当該計測装置(2)の切換のために前記制御装置(80)が形成され、かつ、設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の計測装置。
- 前記制御装置(80)が記憶装置(86)を備えており、該記憶装置内には、キャリブレーション過程中に得られるキャリブレーションデータがメモリされており、前記記憶装置(86)は、計測過程中に得られる計測データの解析時にキャリブレーションデータを解析 するために、解析装置(82)にデータ伝達可能に接続されているか、又は接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の計測装置。
- キャリブレーションが真円度基準の使用下で行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の計測装置。
- キャリブレーションが、周方向における少なくとも1つの箇所において所定の変形部を有する平坦部を備えた円筒の使用下で行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の計測装置。
- キャリブレーションが、精密円筒(88)の使用下で行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の計測装置。
- 加工機械での加工工程中における試験片についてのインプロセス計測のための計測装置の動作のための方法であって、前記計測装置が、
−本体部と、
−中立位置と計測位置の間で移動可能であり、計測ヘッドが前記計測位置において前記試験片の回転軸周りの周回運動に追従するよう形成されつつ設けられた連接棒を介して前記本体部に結合された計測ヘッドと、
計測工程の制御のための制御装置と
を備え、前記計測ヘッドが、計測工程中に計測値を記録するための、線形の軸に沿って振出可能な計測探触子を備えている、前記方法において、
前記計測装置が、前記制御装置によってキャリブレーションモードへ移行されるとともにキャリブレーションされること、開口角度α(第1の角度)及び対称軸を有する計測用プリズム(38)を備えた前記計測ヘッドが用いられ、前記計測探触子の前記線形の軸の向きが、前記計測用プリズムの前記対称軸に対して第2の角度βをなしており、キャリブレーションが、前記第1の角度α及び/又は前記第2の角度βに関して行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記計測装置が、前記制御装置によって、計測が行われる計測モードからキャリブレーションが行われるキャリブレーションモードへ切り換えられることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- キャリブレーション過程中に得られるキャリブレーションデータが前記制御装置の記憶装置内にメモリされ、前記記憶装置が、データ伝達可能に解析装置に接続され、キャリブレーションデータが、計測過程中に得られる計測データの解析時に使用されることを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の方法。
- 前記計測装置のキャリブレーション時に真円度基準が使用されることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記計測装置のキャリブレーション時に、周方向における少なくとも1つの箇所において所定の変形部を有する平坦部を備えた円筒が使用されることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記計測装置のキャリブレーション時に、精密円筒が使用されることを特徴とする請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
