Description

Claims (10)
- 第1基板と、
前記第1基板の第1面上に配置される第1電極と、
前記第1基板に対向する第2基板と、
前記第1電極に対向して前記第2基板の第1面上に配置される第2電極と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に介在し、液晶カプセルを含む少なくとも1つの液晶構造物と、を備え、
前記液晶カプセルは、それぞれ10nm〜380nmの直径を有することを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記液晶カプセルは、それぞれ液晶分子及び前記液晶分子を受容する高分子層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記液晶表示装置は、第1領域、第2領域、及び第3領域を含み、前記液晶構造物は前記第1領域に配置される赤色液晶構造物、前記第2領域に配置される緑色液晶構造物、及び前記第3領域に配置される青色液晶構造物を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記赤色、緑色、及び青色液晶構造物の間に配置される隔壁をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1基板の第2面及び前記第2基板の第2面のうち、少なくとも一つに配置される偏光板をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1電極及び前記第2電極のうち、少なくとも一つは前記偏光板の光軸に対して45°の角度で配列されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1電極及び前記第2電極のうち、少なくとも一つはポジティブ「I」字状、ネガティブ「I」字状、ポジティブ「T」字状、ネガティブ「T」字状、分離したポジティブ「T」字状または分離されたネガティブ「T」字状を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1電極に対向して前記第2基板の第1面上に配置される反射層を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記反射層は複数の凹凸部を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記液晶表示装置は、反射領域及び透過領域を具備し、前記反射層は前記反射領域に位置し、前記第2電極は前記透過領域の前記第2基板の第1面上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液晶表示装置。
