Description
内容積5Lの抽出槽に霊芝(赤霊芝)の粉砕物1kgを仕込み、これに超臨界二酸化炭素(圧力25MPa、温度60℃、二酸化炭素供給量15m3)を約4.5時間供給し、抽出槽に接続した分離槽(温度40℃、圧力4MPa)に導いて炭酸ガスと抽出物を分離し、抽出物を10.1g得た。
製造例1において赤霊芝を黒霊芝に変え、製造例1と同様に処理して抽出物を11.0g得た。
製造例1で使用したものと同じ赤霊芝の粉砕物500gにエタノール5Lを加えて、5時間還流抽出した。抽出終了後、濾過し、その濾液を濃縮して赤霊芝のエタノール抽出物を8.3g得た。
製造例2で使用したものと同じ黒霊芝の粉砕物500gにエタノール5Lを加えて、5時間還流抽出した。抽出終了後、濾過し、その濾液を濃縮して黒霊芝のエタノール抽出物を6.5g得た。
製造例1で使用したものと同じ赤霊芝の粉砕物20gに蒸留水1Lを加えて、100℃で1時間抽出し、得られた抽出液を濾過し、その濾液を濃縮して赤霊芝の熱水抽出物を1.4g得た。
製造例2で使用したものと同じ黒霊芝の粉砕物20gに蒸留水1Lを加えて、100℃で1時間抽出し、得られた抽出液を濾過し、その濾液を濃縮して黒霊芝の熱水抽出物を1.6g得た。
[製造方法]表1に記載の配合成分を用いて、成分1〜3を成分4に溶解し、成分5、6を加え、十分撹拌混合し、製品とする。

[製造方法]成分1〜7及び12と、成分8〜11とをそれぞれ均一に溶解し、両者を混合し濾過して製品とする。

[製造方法]成分7に成分5を均一に溶解した後、成分1〜3を加え、70〜75℃で加熱溶解した後、成分4を加え、冷却途中に成分6を加え30℃まで冷却し製品とする。

[製造方法]成分1〜9を60℃で溶解し、撹拌して30℃まで冷却し製品とする。
上皮系細胞である角化細胞におけるnogginの産生促進効果を下記の条件にて測定した。

ヘアトニックの処方例1、2及び比較例1〜3を用いて、男性型脱毛症の30代〜40代の男性50名を対象に3ヶ月間の使用試験を行った。被験者を10名ずつ5群に分け、それぞれ、処方例1、2及び比較例1〜3のヘアトニックを連日朝晩の2回使用させた。試験開始前及び試験終了後に、成長期毛率を測定して、発毛促進効果を評価した。成長期毛率の測定では、マイクロスコープを用いて、頭頂部毛髪の状態を観察し、7mm×7mmの部位について、毛髪を根元からハサミを用いて刈毛した。3日後に刈毛部位をマイクロスコープにて撮影し、刈毛後に毛髪の伸長がみられたものを成長期毛と判定し、全毛髪数に対する成長期毛数を成長期毛率として算出した。
Claims (3)
- 温度範囲20〜150℃、圧力範囲1〜80MPaの状態にある二酸化炭素により抽出された抽出物である、赤霊芝抽出物及び黒霊芝抽出物を含有することを特徴とするnoggin産生促進剤。
- 黒霊芝抽出物の含有量が、赤霊芝抽出物1に対して重量比0.25〜9である請求項1記載のnoggin産生促進剤。
- 請求項1又は2記載のnoggin産生促進剤を含有することを特徴とする発毛促進剤。
