Description
本願は、2010年8月19日に中華人民共和国国家知識産権局(中華人民共和国)に出願された中国特許出願第201010260236.0号に対する優先権及びその利益を主張し、参照することにより該出願の全内容を本願に援用する。
本開示の1つの実施形態では、促進剤は、CuFe2O4−δ、Ca0.25Cu0.75TiO3−β、TiO2−σ、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される式を有してよく、式中、δ、β、及びσは、対応する促進剤における酸素空孔を表し、0.05≦δ≦0.8、0.05≦β≦0.5及び0.05≦σ≦1.0である。1つの実施形態では、促進剤は、化学メッキプロセスを促進することができる。
1つの実施形態では、プラスチック材料は、熱可塑性プラスチック又は熱硬化性プラスチックであってよい。熱可塑性プラスチックは、ポリオレフィン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリ芳香族エーテル、ポリエステルイミド、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリカーボネート/アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン複合材料(PC/ABS)、ポリフェニレンオキシド(PPO)、ポリフェニレンスルフィド(PPS)、ポリイミド(PI)、ポリスルホン(PSU)、ポリ(エーテルエーテルケトン)(PEEK)、ポリベンズイミダゾール(PBI)、及び液晶ポリマー(LCP)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであってよい。ポリオレフィンは、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、及びポリ(アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン)(ABS)からなる群より選択することができる。ポリエステルは、ポリシクロへキシレンジメチレンテレフタレート(PCT)、ポリ(ジアリルイソフタレート)(PDAIP)、ポリ(ジアリルテレフタレート)(PDAP)、ポリブチレンナフタレート(PBN)、ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)(PET)、及びポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)からなる群より選択することができる。ポリアミドは、ポリヘキサメチレンアジパミド(PA−66)、ポリ(ヘキサメチレンアゼラミド)(PA−69)、ポリヘキサメチレンスクシンアミド(PA−64)、ポリ(ヘキサメチレンドデカノアミド)(PA−612)、ポリ(ヘキサメチレンセバカミド)(PA−610)、ポリ(デカメチレンセバカミド)(PA−1010)、ポリウンデカノアミド(PA−11)、ポリドデカノアミド(PA−12)、ポリカプリルラクタム(PA−8)、ポリアゼラミド(PA−9)、ポリカプロラクタム(PA−6)、ポリ(p−フェニテンテレフタルアミド)(PPTA)、ポリ−m−キシリレンアジパミド(MXD6)、ポリヘキサメチレンテレフタルアミド(PA6T)、又はポリ(ノナメチレンテレフタルアミド)(PA9T)からなる群より選択することができる。液晶ポリマー(LCP)は、剛性鎖を含み且つ液相中に規則性の高い構造の領域を形成することができるポリマーであってよい。熱硬化性プラスチックは、フェノール樹脂、尿素−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、アルキド樹脂、及びポリウレタンからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであってよい。1つの実施形態では、プラスチック基材は、他の材料、例えば金属製品と組み合わせてもよい。
1つの実施形態では、混合し、次いで成形加工を行うことによって、促進剤をプラスチック材料内に分散させてよい。幾つかの実施形態では、バンバリーミキサ、一軸押出成形機、二軸押出成形機、又はブレンダを用いることによって、促進剤をプラスチック材料に分散させてよい。次いで、射出成形、吹込成形、押出成形、又はホットプレス成形によって様々な種類の形状にプラスチック基材を成形してよい。
幾つかの実施形態では、プラスチック基材は、抗酸化剤、光安定剤、潤滑剤、及び無機充填剤からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの市販の添加剤を更に含んでよい。
1つの実施形態では、所定の領域におけるプラスチック基材のプラスチック材料を除去して、促進剤を露出させる。1つの実施形態では、所定の領域におけるプラスチック材料の除去は、任意の従来の方法によって行うことができる。1つの実施形態では、所定の領域は、プラスチック基材の表面全体であってよく、レーザ照射、コロナ放電、化学的腐蝕、及び研削からなる群より選択される方法によって所定の領域におけるプラスチック材料を除去して促進剤を露出させてよい。別の実施形態では、所定の領域は、プラスチック基材の表面の一部であってよく、レーザ照射又はコロナ放電によって所定の領域におけるプラスチック材料を除去してよい。
1つの実施形態では、プラスチック基材の所定の領域におけるプラスチック材料を除去した後、プラスチック基材の所定の領域における促進剤を露出させることができる。促進剤に対して銅及び/又はニッケルメッキを施してよい。
1つの実施形態では、第1のメッキ後、少なくとも1つの化学メッキ又は電気メッキの層を、銅層又はニッケル層上に形成してよい。例えば、1つの実施形態では、第1のニッケル層を促進剤の表面上に形成した後、前記第1のニッケル層上に銅層を化学的にメッキしてよく、次いで、前記銅層上に第2のニッケル層を化学的にメッキして、Ni−Cu−Ni構造を有する複合プラスチック製品を形成してよい。更なる実施形態では、複合プラスチック製品上に金層をフラッシュメッキして、Ni−Cu−Ni−Au構造を有するプラスチック製品を形成してよい。
a)ペリスタルティックポンプによって1ミリリットル/分の速度でCu(NO3)2(0.5mol/L)とFe(NO3)3(0.5mol/L)との混合物を水酸化カリウムの撹拌溶液に添加した。混合溶液を80℃の温度に加熱し、次いで、24時間撹拌した。撹拌中の溶液のpH値は、10〜11で維持した。溶液中の沈殿物を蒸留水及びアセトンで洗浄し、次いで、濾過した。最後に、濾過した沈殿物を120℃の温度で24時間乾燥させ、粉砕して、粒径が50ミクロン未満である第1の生成物CuFe2O4を形成した。
a)CaCO3、CuO、及びTiO2の粉末の混合物を、Ca0.25Cu0.75TiO3の化学量論比に従って均一に混合し、次いで、粉砕媒体として無水アルコールを用いて8時間ボールミルで粉砕した。粉砕した混合物を800℃の温度で10時間予備か焼して、Ca0.25Cu0.75TiO3粉末を形成した。
第3の実施例では、以下の点を除いて実施例1と実質的に同様の方法によりプラスチック製品を調製した。
第4の実施例では、以下の点を除いて実施例2と実質的に同様の方法によりプラスチック製品を調製した。
Claims (15)
- プラスチック基材の表面を金属化する方法であって、前記プラスチック基材が、プラスチック材料と前記プラスチック材料に分散している促進剤とを含有し、
金属化される所定の領域における前記プラスチック基材の前記プラスチック材料を除去して、前記促進剤を露出させる工程と;
露出した促進剤上に第1のメッキを施して第1の金属層を形成する工程であって、前記第1の金属層が銅層又はニッケル層である工程と;
前記第1の金属層上に第2のメッキを施して少なくとも1つの第2の金属層を形成する工程とを含み、
前記促進剤が、CuFe2O4−δ、又はCa0.25Cu0.75TiO3−β(式中、0.05≦δ≦0.8、及び0.05≦β≦0.5である)であることを特徴とする方法。 - プラスチック材料が、熱可塑性プラスチック及び熱硬化性プラスチックからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであり;促進剤が、前記プラスチック材料全体に均一に分散しており;又は、第1のメッキ及び第2のメッキが、電気メッキ及び化学メッキからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つである請求項1に記載の方法。
- プラスチック基材が、射出成形、吹込成形、押出成形、及びホットプレス成形からなる群より選択される成形方法によって形成される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 所定の領域が、プラスチック基材の表面全てであり、前記所定の領域におけるプラスチック材料が、レーザ照射、コロナ放電、化学的腐蝕、及び研削からなる群より選択される方法によって除去される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 所定の領域が、プラスチック基材の表面の一部であり、前記所定の領域におけるプラスチック材料が、レーザ照射又はコロナ放電によって除去される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 化学的腐蝕が、5分間〜60分間の腐蝕時間の間、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド又はテトラヒドロフランの腐蝕浴を用いて実施される請求項4に記載の方法。
- 研削が、冶金用紙やすりを用いて実施され、除去されるプラスチック材料が、10ミクロン〜50ミクロンの厚みを有する請求項4に記載の方法。
- 第1の金属層及び第2の金属層が、Ni−Cu−Ni、Ni−Cu−Ni−Au、Cu−Ni、及びCu−Ni−Auからなる群より選択される構造を共に形成する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各ニッケル層が、0.1ミクロン〜50ミクロンの厚みを有し;各銅層が、0.1ミクロン〜100ミクロンの厚みを有し;各金層が、0.01ミクロン〜10ミクロンの厚みを有する請求項8に記載の方法。
- 促進剤の平均粒径が、20ナノメートル〜100ミクロンであり、前記促進剤が、プラスチック基材のうちの1重量%〜40重量%を占める請求項1に記載の方法。
- 促進剤が、CuFe 2 O 3.65 、又はCa 0.25 Cu 0.75 TiO 2.84 である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性プラスチックが、ポリオレフィン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリ芳香族エーテル、ポリエステルイミド、ポリカーボネート/アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン複合材料、ポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリイミド、ポリスルホン、ポリ(エーテルエーテルケトン)、ポリベンズイミダゾール、及び液晶ポリマーからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであり;熱硬化性プラスチックが、フェノール樹脂、尿素−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、アルキド樹脂、及びポリウレタンからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであり、プラスチック基材が、抗酸化剤、光安定剤、潤滑剤、及び無機充填剤からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの添加剤を更に含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも第1の金属層及び第2の金属層でメッキされたプラスチック製品であって、
プラスチック材料と促進剤とを有するプラスチック基材を含み、
前記促進剤が、CuFe 2 O 4−δ 、又はCa 0.25 Cu 0.75 TiO 3−β (式中、0.05≦δ≦0.8、及び0.05≦β≦0.5である)であり、
前記第1の金属層が銅層又はニッケル層であることを特徴とするプラスチック製品。 - 第1の金属層及び第2の金属層が、Ni−Cu−Ni、Ni−Cu−Ni−Au、Cu−Ni、及びCu−Ni−Auからなる群より選択される構造を共に形成する請求項13に記載のプラスチック製品。
- 促進剤が、CuFe 2 O 3.65 、又はCa 0.25 Cu 0.75 TiO 2.84 である請求項13に記載のプラスチック製品。
