Description
本発明は、内部欠点が減少された光学フィルム用ポリエステル樹脂組成物及びそれを利用する光学フィルムに関する。

0.5≦[P]/[Me]≦1.5
(前記式1において、[P]は、リン化合物内のリンの当量を意味し、[Me]は、ピンニング剤として使われる金属化合物内の金属の総当量を意味する。)
0.5≦[P]/[Me]≦1.5
[P]の当量=投入される[P]のモル数×3(+)
0.5≦[P]/[Me]≦1.5
0.5≦[P]/[Me]≦1.5
R.V.=試料の落下秒数/溶媒の落下秒数
I.V.=1/4(R.V.−1)/C+3/4(In R.V./C)
Claims (10)
- 触媒及び静電ピンニング剤を含み、且つ熱安定剤としてリン化合物を含むか又は含まず、
前記触媒がアンチモン化合物であり、
前記静電ピンニング剤がマグネシウム化合物であるか、マグネシウム化合物とナトリウム化合物との組み合わせであり、
前記触媒内のアンチモン含量が50〜150ppmであり、前記静電ピンニング剤内のマグネシウム含量とナトリウム含量との合計量が10〜50ppmであり、前記リン化合物内のリンの含量が24ppm以下であるポリエステル樹脂組成物。 - 前記リン化合物を、下記式1を満たす範囲内で含む、請求項1に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。

(前記式1において、[P]は、リン化合物内のリンの当量を意味し、[Me]は、ピンニング剤として使われる金属化合物内の金属の総当量を意味する。) - 前記静電ピンニング剤が、酢酸マグネシウムであるか、酢酸マグネシウムと酢酸ナトリウムとの組み合わせである請求項1に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂組成物は、補助難燃剤、顔料、染料、ガラス繊維、充填剤、耐熱剤、衝撃補助剤、蛍光増白剤、色相改善剤から選択されるいずれか一つ又は二つ以上の添加剤をさらに含む請求項1に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂組成物は、無機粒子をさらに含む請求項1に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- 前記無機粒子は、金属化合物でコーティングされたものである請求項5に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂組成物は、448μm×336μm面積内の長軸の長さが1.5μm以上である大きさの欠点個数が4個以下である請求項1から請求項6のうちいずれか一項に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂組成物は、メルト抵抗性が2〜8MΩであり、樹脂色相(b値)が4.0以下であり、
前記メルト抵抗性は、0.5gの前記ポリエステル樹脂組成物のチップ(Chip)をテフロン(登録商標)で製作されたフレームの中央溝(1.5cm×1.5cm)に置き、前記チップ(Chip)の上下に両端の長さが一定なアルミニウム電極(ホイル)を連結させてサンプルを製造し、285℃で5分間溶融させた後、0.7〜1.0mPaの圧力をかけ、13分後の前記サンプルの電気抵抗値を測定して得られた抵抗値である請求項7に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。 - 請求項7に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物を利用して溶融押出及び延伸して製造されたポリエステルフィルム。
- 請求項8に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物を利用して溶融押出及び延伸して製造されたポリエステルフィルム。
