Description
Claims (16)
- 歯科補綴部材に作用して歯科補綴部材の温度を沸点まで上昇させるために充分な熱エネルギーを生成するための手段と歯科補綴部材に前記熱エネルギーが作用する作用領域と制御装置(24)とを備えてなる少なくとも1個の液体を含んだ歯科補綴部材を乾燥させる装置であって、装置(10)の温度検出要素(20)が歯科補綴部材(12)の温度を測定し、沸騰温度と等しいかそれより僅かに低いあるいは僅かに高いトリガ温度に到達したことに応答して制御装置に信号を伝送し、さらに温度検出要素(20)は、熱エネルギー作用領域(16)の外側であって、かつ前記熱エネルギーを生成するための手段と前記歯科補綴部材(12)を、前記熱エネルギー作用領域(16)を介して結ぶ方向に対して直交する方向から、前記歯科補綴部材(12)の温度のみを検出するように配置されることを特徴とする装置。
- 信号が乾燥プロセスの終了を示し、および/または後続する歯科補綴部材(12)の熱処理を開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 熱エネルギーを生成する手段は780nmないし15μmの波長を有する熱を放射する熱源(発熱要素50)によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 熱エネルギーを生成する手段がマイクロ波源を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 熱エネルギーを生成する手段を燃焼室天蓋部材(28)および歯科補綴部材(12)を載置する燃焼室基底(30)からなる歯科用燃焼窯(26)の少なくとも1体の発熱要素(50)によって形成してその際乾燥装置を動作させるために燃焼室天蓋部材(28)を数cm燃焼室基底(30)から離間させるか、あるいは赤外線光源(14)によって形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 温度検出要素(20)が780nmないし1mmの波長を有する放射線に応答し、熱エネルギーが作用する領域の外側に配置されるがそれに向かって指向するようにする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 温度検出要素(20)が800nmないし15μmの波長を有する放射線に応答し、熱エネルギーが作用する領域の外側に配置されるがそれに向かって指向するようにする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 熱エネルギーを生成する手段が歯科用燃焼窯(26)の少なくとも1体の発熱要素(50)によって形成され温度検出要素(20)が燃焼室天蓋部材(28)と燃焼室基底(30)の間に形成された間隙(42)を介して歯科補綴部材(12)の温度を検出するか、または透明ガラスによって被覆された歯科用燃焼窯の覗き穴を介して歯科補綴部材(12)の温度を検出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 装置が乾燥工程用の送風機あるいは空気加速装置を備えていて熱エネルギーを生成する手段が歯科補綴部材の上方に含むか、および/または乾燥工程を強化するために歯科補綴部材(12)を介しての空気流を形成する吸引あるいは排気装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 歯科補綴部材(12)が多孔性を有するか、および/または粉末堆積物あるいは材料からなり、またセラミックおよび/または金属および/または樹脂、あるいはそれらの材料の混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 歯科補綴部材(12)がセラミック粒子および固形有機マトリクスからなるセラミック未加工材料である歯科補綴部材として形成され、前記マトリクスはさらに少なくとも1種類の有機化合物から形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 制御装置(24)が液体の沸点よりも明確に高い温度に熱エネルギーを生成する手段を制御することを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 制御装置(24)が液体の沸点よりも30ないし50℃高い温度に熱エネルギーを生成する手段を制御することを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- トリガ温度に到達した際に制御装置(24)が信号を発信することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の装置を使用した液体を含む少なくとも1個の歯科補綴部材を乾燥させる方法。
- 信号が歯科補綴部材上に作用する熱エネルギーを生成するための熱源をスイッチオフすることを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。
- 制御装置が燃焼室を閉じた後に歯科補綴部材をさらに熱処理するよう機能する歯科用燃焼窯の少なくとも1体の発熱要素を点入することを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。
