Description
治具10と摩擦材9の重量が計量装置6に加わる。支柱4は、適当な長さを有する棒状体であるため、計量装置6に伝わる加熱器3の熱量を抑制し、保護する機能を兼ね備える。
、摩擦材9は、例えば、支柱4の上端で把持される形態であってもよい。また、上記実施形態では、摩擦材9の摩擦面が上を向いた状態で加熱されていたが、摩擦材9は、例えば、摩擦面が横向きや下向きの状態で加熱されてもよい。この場合、摩擦材9と加熱器3の位置関係は、上記実施形態のように摩擦材9が加熱器3の下方へ配置される形態ではなく、上下関係が逆になったり、或いは横向きに並ぶ形態になったりすることになる。
Claims (6)
- ブレーキ用摩擦材の表面を加熱する摩擦材の加熱装置であって、
前記摩擦材の表面を加熱する加熱手段と、
前記加熱手段で加熱する際に前記摩擦材が支持される部位を形成する摩擦材支持部と、
前記摩擦材支持部に支持される前記摩擦材の重量変化を測定する計量部と、を備え、
前記加熱手段は、前記摩擦材の重量が製品に定められた減少量に達するまで加熱する、
摩擦材の加熱装置。 - 前記摩擦材支持部は、前記摩擦材を上端で支持する支柱を有し、
前記計量部は、前記支柱から受ける荷重を基に前記摩擦材の重量変化を測定する、
請求項1に記載の摩擦材の加熱装置。 - 前記摩擦材の重量変化が前記減少量に達したことを前記計量部で検知すると、前記摩擦材の加熱を停止する制御部を更に備える、
請求項1または2に記載の摩擦材の加熱装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記摩擦材の重量変化が前記減少量に達したことを前記計量部で検知すると、前記加熱手段の停止、前記加熱手段からの前記摩擦材の離間、及び、前記摩擦材に対する空気の吹き付けのうち少なくとも何れかによって前記摩擦材の加熱を停止する、
請求項3に記載の摩擦材の加熱装置。 - ブレーキ用摩擦材の表面を加熱する摩擦材の加熱方法であって、
加熱手段によって表面が焼かれていく状態の前記摩擦材の重量変化を監視し、
前記摩擦材の重量変化が製品に定められた減少量に達すると、前記加熱手段による前記摩擦材の加熱を停止する、
摩擦材の加熱方法。 - 前記摩擦材の重量変化が前記減少量に達すると、前記加熱手段の停止、前記加熱手段からの前記摩擦材の離間、及び、前記摩擦材に対する空気の吹き付けのうち少なくとも何れかによって前記摩擦材の加熱を停止する、
請求項5に記載の摩擦材の加熱方法。
