Claims (7)
- 炉床の上方に被処理物の搬送方向に沿った固定ビームが被処理物の搬送方向と交差する方向に所要間隔を介して複数設けられると共に、被処理物の搬送方向に沿って前記の炉床を貫通する搬送案内溝が被処理物の搬送方向と交差する方向に所要間隔を介して複数設けられ、前記の各搬送案内溝に対応して前記の炉床の下において被処理物の搬送方向に走行するカートが設けられると共に、このカートに前記の搬送案内溝を通して上方に突出されて昇降する昇降保持部が設けられ、この昇降保持部を上昇させて、前記の固定ビームに保持された被処理物をこの昇降保持部に保持させた状態で、前記のカートを走行させて、昇降保持部に保持された被処理物を固定ビームの所定位置まで搬送させるようにすると共に、このカートに炉内における被処理物の位置を前記の搬送案内溝を通して検出する検出手段を設けたことを特徴とする炉内搬送装置。
- 請求項1に記載の炉内搬送装置において、前記の検出手段をカートにおける被処理物の搬送方向先端側の位置に設けたことを特徴とする炉内搬送装置。
- 請求項1に記載の炉内搬送装置において、前記の検出手段をカートにおける被処理物の搬送方向後端側の位置に設けたことを特徴とする炉内搬送装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の炉内搬送装置において、前記のカートの走行を制御する制御装置を設け、この制御装置により被処理物の搬送方向の幅に対応させてカートを走行させる距離を制御することを特徴とする炉内搬送装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の炉内搬送装置において、前記の検出手段がITVカメラであることを特徴とする炉内搬送装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の炉内搬送装置が設けられていることを特徴とする連続加熱炉。
- 請求項6に記載の連続加熱炉において、前記のカートに設けられた検出手段により検出された被処理物の位置を記憶する記憶手段を設けたことを特徴とする連続加熱炉。
