Description
第1実施形態における連続加熱炉10Aにおいては、図1〜図3に示すように、その側壁11に複数の燃焼装置12を設けると共に、その炉床13の上に被処理物Wの搬送方向に所要間隔を介して支持部材14aを立設させ、これらの支持部材14aの上に被処理物Wの搬送方向に沿った固定ビーム14を設け、このような固定ビーム14を被処理物Wの搬送方向と直交する連続加熱炉10Aの幅方向に所要間隔を介して複数設けている。
第2実施形態における連続加熱炉10Bにおいても、図10及び図11に示すように、その側壁11に複数の燃焼装置12を設けると共に、その炉床13の上に被処理物Wの搬送方向に所要間隔を介して支持部材14aを立設させ、これらの支持部材14aの上に被処理物Wの搬送方向に沿った固定ビーム14を設け、このような固定ビーム14を被処理物Wの搬送方向と直交する連続加熱炉10Aの幅方向に所要間隔を介して複数設けている。

Claims (5)
- 炉床の上方に被処理物の搬送方向に沿った固定ビームが被処理物の搬送方向と交差する方向に所要間隔を介して複数設けられ、この固定ビームの上に保持された被処理物を順々に搬送させて加熱処理する連続加熱炉において、前記の炉床を貫通する案内溝を被処理物の搬送方向に沿って設け、この案内溝を通して連続加熱炉内における被処理物の温度を計測する温度センサーを、前記の炉床の下において被処理物の搬送方向に移動可能に設けたことを特徴とする連続加熱炉。
- 請求項1に記載の連続加熱炉において、炉床を貫通する案内溝を被処理物の搬送方向と交差する方向に所要間隔を介して複数設け、前記の各案内溝に対応して前記の炉床の下において被処理物の搬送方向に走行するカートを設けると共に、このカートに前記の案内溝を通して炉床の上方に突出されて昇降する昇降保持部を設け、この昇降保持部を上昇させて前記の固定ビームに保持された被処理物をこの昇降保持部に保持させた状態で、前記のカートを走行させて昇降保持部に保持された被処理物を固定ビームの所定位置まで搬送させるようにすると共に、少なくとも1つのカートに前記の案内溝を通して連続加熱炉内における被処理物の温度を計測する温度センサーを設けたことを特徴とする連続加熱炉。
- 請求項1に記載の連続加熱炉において、前記の固定ビームの上に保持された被処理物を、ウォーキング動作するウォーキングビームによって順々に搬送させることを特徴とする連続加熱炉。
- 請求項1又は請求項3に記載の連続加熱炉において、前記の案内溝に沿って炉床の下に水封トラフを設けると共に、この水封トラフ内に前記の温度センサーを設け、この温度センサーを水封トラフ内において被処理物の搬送方向に移動させることを特徴とする連続加熱炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の連続加熱炉において、前記の案内溝の開閉を行うシール部材を案内溝に沿って設けたことを特徴とする連続加熱炉。
