Description
以上のように、板状結晶を得るのに長い工程が必要で、特に洗浄工程で取り除くべき物質が多く製造工程が煩雑であった。
以上のように、先行技術文献では洗浄工程が煩雑で時間も掛かり工業的な製造にはまだ不十分であった。
なお、本実施の形態は、上記数値範囲に限定されるものではなく、K/Naは1未満としてもよい。つまり、K/Naの比が、1〜10の範囲にあるべきことを限定するものではない。
次に、本実施の形態の異方形状粉末の製造方法により異方形状粉末を作製する例について説明する。まず、KOHとNaOHをK/Na=1.5の割合で混合し、KOH+NaOH=6mol/lとなるように秤量した後に、イオン交換水へ溶解させる。
次に、実施例1と同様の条件であるが、容器を20倍大きくした例について、実施例2として述べる。
まず、KOHとNaOHをK/Na=1.5の割合で混合し、KOH+NaOH=6mol/lとなるように秤量した後に、イオン交換水へ溶解させる。
また、SEM像を観察したところ、得られた粉末は、実施例1と同じく、平均の長径が2μm、厚さ0.15μm(150nm)となっていることが観察された。
次に、実施例2とほぼ同様の条件であるが、Nb2O5粉末と界面活性剤の量を変えた場合について、実施例3として説明する。
まず、KOHとNaOHをK/Na=1.5の割合で混合し、KOH+NaOH=6mol/lとなるように秤量した後に、イオン交換水へ溶解させる。
次に、実施例2とほぼ同様の条件であるが、さらにNb2O5粉末と界面活性剤の量を増やした場合について、実施例4として説明する。
まず、KOHとNaOHをK/Na=1.5の割合で混合し、KOH+NaOH=6mol/lとなるように秤量した後に、イオン交換水へ溶解させる。
次に、実施例2とほぼ同様の条件であるが、すべての原料を倍増した場合について、実施例5として説明する。
まず、KOHとNaOHをK/Na=1.5の割合で混合し、KOH+NaOH=12mol/lとなるように秤量した後に、イオン交換水へ溶解させる。
さらに、実施例1とほぼ同様の条件であるがKOH+NaOH溶液とNb2O5粉末及び界面活性剤の量を変えた場合について、実施例6として説明する。
まず、KOHとNaOHをK/Na=1.5の割合で混合し、KOH+NaOH=6mol/lとなるように秤量した後に、イオン交換水へ溶解させる。
また、SEM像を観察したところ、得られた粉末は、平均の長径が1.5μm、厚さ0.15μm(150nm)となっていることが観察された。
一方、実施例1と同様の製造過程と条件を用いて粉末を製造するが、界面活性剤SDBSを添加しない例を比較例として挙げる。図15に、水熱合成における加熱時間をそれぞれ2時間、4時間、16時間、24時間として得られた粉末のX線回折パターンを示す。図15によると、2時間加熱時、及び4時間加熱時に得られた粉末についてのX線回折パターンは、図13にレファレンスパターンとして示したK4Na4Nb6 O 19 ・9H2OのX線回折パターンと一致する部分が多くあり、主たる成分は、K4Na4Nb6 O 19 ・9H2Oと推察されるが、16時間を超えるときには、X線回折パターンが図13の例と大きく異なっており、作製された粉末の主たる成分が、K4Na4Nb6 O 19 ・9H2Oとは異なるものとなったと推測される。
次に、平均粒径2000nmで単斜晶の構造を有するNb2O5粉末を用い、実施例1と同様な製造工程を経て生成物を得た。ここで用いたNb2O5粉末の粒子SEM像(加速電圧5kV、15000倍)とX線回折パターンを図16(a),(b)に示すが、図16よりこの平均粒径2000nmで単斜晶の構造を有するNb2O5粉末は2μm以上の柱状を呈し、また単斜晶系の結晶構造となっているため、板状化には適さないと考えられた。
Claims (2)
- 水酸化カリウム(KOH)と水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)とを溶解して得た水酸化アルカリ水溶液に、酸化物粉末として斜方晶系のNb2O5粉末と、当該酸化物粉末に対して0.1wt%以上、5wt%以下の界面活性剤とを添加して水熱合成を行う工程と、
反応後得られた生成物を有機溶媒で洗浄する工程と、
洗浄後の生成物を170℃〜700℃で焼成する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする、擬立方晶ペロブスカイト構造を有する異方形状粉末の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の製造方法であって、前記酸化物粉末としての斜方晶系のNb2O5粉末の平均粒径を、100nm以上、2000nm未満としたことを特徴とする、擬立方晶ペロブスカイト構造を有する異方形状粉末の製造方法。
