Claims (3)
- 正の屈折力を有し、物体側から像側に順番に配列された液晶光学レンズおよび前記液晶光学レンズの焦点距離を補正する補正レンズから構成された第1レンズ群と、
前記第1レンズ群と前記像側の間に配置され、負の屈折力を有する第2レンズ群と、
前記第2レンズ群と前記像側の間に配置され、正の屈折力を有する第3レンズ群とからなるレンズ装置を備え、
前記第1レンズ群および前記第3レンズ群の位置が、前記レンズ装置に相対して固定され、前記第2レンズ群が、前記第1レンズ群と前記第3レンズ群の間で移動し、
前記液晶光学レンズが、
順番に積み重ねられた第1電極層および複数の第1積層を含み、前記各第1積層が、前記第1電極層を露出する第1開口を有するとともに、第1導電層および前記第1導電層と前記第1電極層の間に配置された第1絶縁層を含む第1素子基板と、
順番に積み重ねられた第2電極層および複数の第2積層を含み、且つ前記第1素子基板の反対側に構成され、前記各第2積層が、前記第2電極層を露出する第2開口を有するとともに、第2導電層および前記第2導電層と前記第2電極層の間に配置された第2絶縁層を含む第2素子基板と、
前記第1素子基板と前記第2素子基板の間に配置され、且つ前記第1開口と前記第2開口の中に構成された液晶層とを有するレンズ装置。 - 前記第2レンズ群が、ズームレンズ群であり、前記第3レンズ群が、前記レンズ装置の光学品質を補正するための補正レンズ群である請求項1記載のレンズ装置。
- 前記物体側と前記第1レンズ群の間に配置された屈折レンズをさらに備え、前記屈折レンズによって、前記物体側からの物体光を屈折させて、前記第1レンズ群に伝送する請求項1記載のレンズ装置。
