Claims (4)
- 信号光と局発光とが入力され、該信号光の該局発光に対して同相の成分を差動信号のI成分として、該信号光の該局発光に対して位相差を有する成分を差動信号のQ成分としてそれぞれ出力する90°ハイブリッドの当該2つの差動出力信号を取得する取得部と、
該I成分の差動信号それぞれを該I成分の差動信号の和で除算し補正I成分を算出し、該Q成分の差動信号それぞれを該Q成分の差動信号の和で除算し補正Q成分を算出する演算部と、
該補正I成分と該補正Q成分とから、該I成分と該Q成分との位相差を見積もる評価部と、を備える、位相評価装置。 - 前記評価部は、前記補正I成分の差動信号および前記補正Q成分の差動信号を用いて作成されるリサージュ図に対して最小二乗法による楕円フィッティングにより得られるパラメータに基づいて、前記90°ハイブリッドが出力する該I成分と該Q成分との位相差を評価する、請求項1記載の位相評価装置。
- 90°ハイブリッドに信号光と局発光とを入力し、該信号光の該局発光に対して同相の成分を差動信号のI成分として、該信号光の該局発光に対して位相差を有する成分を差動信号のQ成分として取得する取得ステップと、
該I成分の差動信号それぞれを該I成分の差動信号の和で除算し補正I成分を算出し、該Q成分の差動信号それぞれを該Q成分の差動信号の和で除算し補正Q成分を算出する演算ステップと、
該補正I成分と該補正Q成分とから、該I成分と該Q成分との位相差を見積もる評価ステップと、を含む、位相評価方法。 - 前記評価ステップは、前記補正I成分の差動信号および前記補正Q成分の差動信号を用いて作成されるリサージュ図に対して最小二乗法による楕円フィッティングにより得られるパラメータに基づいて、前記90°ハイブリッドが出力する該I成分と該Q成分との位相差を評価する、請求項3記載の位相評価方法。
