− 層流を確保し、攪拌シャフトに固着された攪拌要素を含む攪拌ユニットであって、その回転軸が前記チャンバの対称軸に沿って伸びており、その攪拌シャフトが少なくとも1つの面に案内されている、攪拌ユニットと、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの流入ラインは、前記少なくとも1つの流出ラインの上流又はその流出ラインよりも下部に配置されており、
前記流入ライン流出ライン間の距離と、前記チャンバの直径との比は、≧2:1であり、
前記流入ライン流出ライン間の距離と、前記攪拌要素の攪拌アームの長さとの比は、3:1から50:1までであり、
前記チャンバの内径に基づく前記攪拌シャフトの直径の比率は、該チャンバの内径の0.25〜0.75倍であり、
結果として、前記少なくとも1つの流入ラインを介して前記混合装置に導入される成分は、攪拌され、且つ
前記攪拌ユニットによって加えられるせん断力によって成分が乱流混合される、前記流入口側の乱流混合領域と、
成分がさらに混合され乱流が減少する、下流の浸透混合領域と、
成分の混合物中にリオトロピック液晶相が構築される、流出口側の層流混合領域と、
によって、流出ラインの方向に連続輸送される、
混合装置、
b)前記攪拌ユニットのための少なくとも1つの駆動装置、及び
c)成分又は成分混合物につき少なくとも1つの輸送装置。
少なくとも2つの成分のための貯蔵容器、
前記少なくとも1つの混合装置にそれらの成分を供給するための連結ライン、関連のポンプ及びバルブ、
成分の取出しのための連結ライン、
プロセス段階を管理制御するための制御装置、
プロセス変数を視覚化し入力するための操作部を有する表示装置、等を含む。
− 少なくとも1つの本発明による混合装置、
− 混合装置の攪拌ユニットのための、少なくとも1つのモーター、
− 乳化される相のための、少なくとも2つの貯蔵容器であって、流入ラインによって混合装置に連結され、ここから輸送装置を用いて成分が混合装置中に空気を含まずに供給される、貯蔵容器、
− 成分又は成分混合物につき、少なくとも1つの輸送装置、
− 任意で、入力流監視センサー及び/又は出力流監視センサーであって、これを用いて任意で自動品質制御を同時に行うことが可能であるセンサー、
− 任意で、乳化装置の温度制御、並びに成分及び成分混合物の供給及び取出しのためのラインシテムの温度制御のための、少なくとも1つの装置、
− 混合装置の監視制御、並びに成分及び成分混合物の供給及び取出しの監視制御のための制御装置、
− 任意で、データの視覚化及び入力のための操作パネルを有する表示装置。

Claims (13)
- エマルション及び/又は分散液の連続製造のための乳化装置であって、
a)少なくとも1つの混合装置であって、
− すべての面において気密に封止された回転対称なチャンバと、
− 自由流動成分を導入するための少なくも1つの流入ラインと、
− 混合された自由流動成分を排出するための少なくとも1つの流出ラインと、
− 層流を確保し、攪拌シャフト上に固着された攪拌要素を含む攪拌ユニットであって、その回転軸が前記チャンバの対称軸に沿って伸び、その攪拌シャフトが少なくとも1つの面上に案内されている、攪拌ユニットと、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの流入ラインは、前記少なくとも1つの流出ラインの上流に、又は該流出ラインよりも下部に配置されており、
前記流入ライン流出ライン間の距離と前記チャンバの直径との比は、≧2:1であり、
前記流入ライン流出ライン間の距離と前記攪拌要素の攪拌アームの長さとの比は、3:1〜50:1であり、
前記チャンバ内径に基づく前記攪拌シャフトの直径の比率は、該チャンバ内径の0.25〜0.75倍であり、
その結果、前記少なくとも1つの流入ラインを介して前記混合装置内に導入される成分は、攪拌され、且つ
成分が前記攪拌ユニットによって加えられるせん断力によって乱流混合される、流入口側の乱流混合領域と、
成分がさらに混合され、乱流が減少する、下流の浸透混合領域と、
成分の混合物中にリオトロピック液晶相が構築される、流出口側の層流混合領域と、
によって前記流出ラインの方向に連続的に輸送される、混合装置と、
b)前記攪拌ユニットのための少なくとも1つの駆動装置と、
c)成分又は成分混合物につき、少なくとも1つの輸送装置と、
を含む乳化装置。 - 前記チャンバが中空円筒形状、切頂円錐形状、漏斗形状、切頂ドーム形状、又はこれらの幾何学形状から構成される形状を有し、チャンバの直径が流入ラインから流出ラインまで一定に保たれるか又は減少し、前記攪拌ユニットがチャンバの形状に適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の乳化装置。
- チャンバ直径と流入ライン流出ライン間の距離との比が、1:50〜1:2の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の乳化装置。
- チャンバ内径dkに基づく攪拌シャフト直径の比率が、好ましくは0.3〜0.7×dkの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の乳化装置。
- 前記攪拌要素の少なくとも1つの構成部品がチャンバの内壁と平行に且つ該内壁から空間をおき離されて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の乳化装置。
- 前記攪拌ユニットが、フルブレード若しくは部分ブレード攪拌器、又はフルワイヤ攪拌器若しくは部分ワイヤ攪拌器であるか、これらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の乳化装置。
- 前記チャンバが、層流を促進する少なくとも1つの邪魔板を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の乳化装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの混合装置が、直列に連結された複数の回転対称チャンバを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の乳化装置。
- 第1の混合装置としての混合装置が、下流に連結された少なくとも1つのさらなる混合装置を有し、前記第1の混合装置の下流の成分混合物中にリオトロピックな液晶相が存在し、前記下流の少なくとも1つのさらなる混合装置中の混合物の粘度が、前記第1の混合装置の下流粘度以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の乳化装置。
- 少なくとも1つの流量センサが、前記ラインの少なくとも1つ中に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の乳化装置。
- 成分、成分混合物、及び/又はエマルション若しくは分散液を冷却可能又は加熱可能であるように、前記ラインの少なくとも1つに温度制御のための少なくとも1つの装置が連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の乳化装置。
- 前記駆動装置、前記輸送装置及び前記流量センサ、並びに前記温度制御用の装置が、混合装置の監視及び制御、成分、成分混合物、又はエマルション若しくは分散液の供給及び取出しの監視及び制御のために制御装置に接続され、該制御装置が、前記第1の混合装置中で得られる混合物の粘度が、常に前記下流の混合装置中の粘度以上であり、混合された成分の層流が確保されるようにシステムを制御することを特徴とする、請求項10および11に記載の乳化装置。
- 前記制御装置が、遠隔管理モジュール及び/若しくは処方管理モジュールに接続されているか、又は接続され得ることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の乳化装置。
