Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to raise the speed of scanning by forming a semi- transparent and elecricity conductive reflection film on both sides of a transparent intermediate layer that contains a dielectric body or semiconductor and has elasticity and applying required voltage between those reflection films. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage is applied between two metallic thin films 2, electro-static attraction develops between them by the Johnson-Rahbeck effect, because the intermediate layer has a thin film 3 such as semiconductor, and elastic deformation is produced in an elastic thin film 4 by this attraction. As a result the thickness d of the intermediate layer changes and the central wave length of the light that passes the Fabry-Perot interference meter changes, and this change of wave length depends on applied voltage. With this change in voltage applied to electricity conductive reflection film spectroscopic spectrum can be scanned and this allows raising of scanning speed.
