Description
前記可動部材、及び、前記固定部材のうちのいずれか一方に形成される構造特徴部であって、前記所定方向に沿って所定のパターンで形成される構造特徴部と、
前記可動部材、及び、前記固定部材のうちの他方に設けられ、前記構造特徴部の前記所定のパターンを検出する検出部と、
前記検出部により検出された前記所定のパターンに基づいて、前記可動部材の位置を検出する位置検出部とを備え、
前記所定のパターンは、前記検出部との距離が前記所定方向に沿って変化するように形成されることを特徴とする、成形機が提供される。
図7は、他の一実施例による位置検出手段300を概略的に示す図である。尚、図7は、位置検出手段300を説明する都合上、図1及び図2に示す成形機の要部のみを簡略的に示している。また、図1及び図2には、図の複雑化を防止する観点から、以下で説明する位置検出手段300の各種構成は図示されていない。図7は、可動プラテン12が所定の前進位置にある状態(型閉じ時の状態)を示す。
図9は、本発明の実施の形態の成形機における金型装置及び型締装置の他の実施例を示す図である。本実施例の型締装置10Aは、トグル機構を使用して型開閉動作を行う型締装置である。図1等に示した型締装置10と同様であってよい構成要素については、同一の参照符合を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (5)
- 所定方向に相対的に移動する可動部材と固定部材とを備える成形機であって、
前記可動部材、及び、前記固定部材のうちのいずれか一方に形成される構造特徴部であって、前記所定方向に沿って所定のパターンで形成される構造特徴部と、
前記可動部材、及び、前記固定部材のうちの他方に設けられ、前記構造特徴部の前記所定のパターンを検出する検出部と、
前記検出部により検出された前記所定のパターンに基づいて、前記可動部材の位置を検出する位置検出部とを備え、
前記所定のパターンは、前記検出部との距離が前記所定方向に沿って変化するように形成されることを特徴とする、成形機。 - 型開閉動作を行う型締装置を備え、
前記可動部材及び前記固定部材は、型開閉動作時に前記所定方向に相対的に移動し、前記所定方向は、型開閉方向に対応し、
前記位置検出部は、前記検出部により検出された前記所定のパターンに基づいて、型開閉動作時における前記可動部材の位置を検出する、請求項1に記載の成形機。 - 前記型締装置は、リニアモータを使用して型開閉動作を行う型締装置、又は、トグル機構を使用して型開閉動作を行う型締装置である、請求項2に記載の成形機。
- 前記型締装置は、リニアモータを使用して型開閉動作を行う型締装置であり、
前記検出部により検出された前記所定のパターンに基づいて、型開閉動作時における前記可動部材の位置を制御する制御部を更に備える、請求項2に記載の成形機。 - 射出装置を備え、
前記可動部材及び前記固定部材は、前記射出装置を当該成形機の固定金型に対して移動させる時に前記所定方向に相対的に移動し、
前記位置検出部は、前記検出部により検出された前記所定のパターンに基づいて、前記射出装置の移動時における前記可動部材の位置を検出する、請求項1に記載の成形機。
