Claims (6)
- 下型と、該下型の上部で前記下型と型合して中空の成形空間を形成する上型を含んで構成され、
前記下型または前記上型は、
溶融された樹脂が射出され形態を揃えるように一面に成形空間が形成された金型本体と、
前記金型本体の前記成形空間が形成された一面の対向する一面から前記成形空間方向に凹設される連結グルーブと、
前記連結グルーブに挿入され、前記連結グルーブの成形空間側の端部と離隔するように挿入されて、前記離隔された空間に冷却及び加熱通路を形成するシールキットと、を含み、
前記連結グルーブは、複数の垂直ホールが重畳して形成され、前記シールキットは複数の柱部が重畳して形成されることを特徴とする冷却及び加熱通路を有する射出金型。 - 前記連結グルーブは、相互離隔して形成される複数の垂直ホールを含んで構成され、前記垂直ホールの間を連通させる連結ホールをさらに含んで構成され、前記シールキットは相互離隔された複数の柱部を含んで構成され、前記柱部を連結する連結部とをさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却及び加熱通路を有する射出金型。
- 前記垂直ホールは、前記成形空間の底面に近接して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の冷却及び加熱通路を有する射出金型。
- 前記シールキットは、前記連結グルーブの水平断面形状と同じ水平断面形状を有するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の冷却及び加熱通路を有する射出金型。
- 前記シールキットは、外周縁にシール突起が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の冷却及び加熱通路を有する射出金型。
- 前記金型本体は前記成形空間が形成された一面の対向する一面から前記成形空間方向に凹設された引込み部をさらに含んで構成され、前記連結グルーブは前記引込み部の前記成形空間側の側面から凹設されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の冷却及び加熱通路を有する射出金型。
