Description
本発明者らは,以下の評価を行うことにより,本発明の効果の確認を行った。まず,上記した本形態の接合方法に係る実施例の接合強度と,本形態とは異なる接合方法に係る比較例の接合強度とを比較した実験について説明する。
溶接電源装置:DDCウェルダーNDWS−5500−4M型(ナグシステム株式会社製の抵抗溶接機)
設定電圧 :10[V]
通電時間 :6[ミリ秒]
加圧力 :3[kN]
電極材質 :タングステン
溶接時のスパッタ発生数:溶接時に溶接箇所外へ飛散したスパッタ(50〜200μmの大きさのもの)をカウントした値。
初期充放電後の電圧不良:完成後の電池100に対し初期充放電を行った後の電圧値を2回測定し2回の測定値の差が基準より大きいものを不合格としたときの不合格品の発生頻度。

Claims (2)
- 集電箔に部分的に活物質層を形成してなる電極板を積層してなる電極積層体と,前記電極板における活物質層のない部分が積層した部分である集電箔積層部分に接合された集電部材とを有する二次電池の製造方法において,
前記集電箔積層部分と前記集電部材との接合を,互いの接合予定箇所を重ね合わせてその両面から抵抗溶接電極によって挟み込むことにより圧接させつつ,前記抵抗溶接電極間に通電させることによる抵抗溶接により行い,
前記圧接の方向を投影方向としたときの,前記集電箔積層部分の表面を押圧する抵抗溶接電極の前記集電箔積層部分との接触面の投影面積Xdと,前記集電部材の表面を押圧する抵抗溶接電極の前記集電部材との接触面の投影面積Ydとの面積比Yd/Xdを,1.2以上,4以下の範囲内とすることを特徴とする二次電池の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池の製造方法において,
前記集電箔積層部分の表面を押圧する抵抗溶接電極として先端の形状が球面のものを用い,前記集電部材の表面を押圧する抵抗溶接電極として先端の形状が平坦なものを用いることを特徴とする二次電池の製造方法。
