Claims (3)
- 組成として質量%でSiO2 40〜75%を含有するガラス粉末とCaNb2O6結晶粉末および/またはCa4Nb2O9結晶粉末を含む混合粉末からなることを特徴とする光反射基材用材料。
- 組成として質量%でSiO2 30〜70%及びCaOを含有するガラス粉末とNb2O5粉末を含む混合粉末からなることを特徴とする光反射基材用材料。
- 請求項1または2に記載の光反射基材用材料を用いたことを特徴とする光反射基材用グリーンシート。
