Claims (13)
- ガラスマトリクス中にRNb2O6結晶および/またはR4Nb2O9結晶(RはMg、Ca、Sr、Baのいずれか1種以上)を含有してなることを特徴とする光反射基材。
- RがCaであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光反射基材。
- RNb2O6結晶および/またはR4Nb2O9結晶の含有量が0.3質量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光反射基材。
- ガラス粉末とRNb2O6結晶および/またはR4Nb2O9結晶粉末を含む混合粉末の焼結体からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の光反射基材。
- 組成として少なくともROを含有するガラス粉末とNb2O5粉末を含む混合粉末の焼結体からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の光反射基材。
- さらに、アルミナ、石英、ジルコニア、酸化チタン、フォルステライト、コージエライト、ムライト、ジルコンから選択される少なくとも1種のセラミック粉末を含有することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の光反射基材。
- セラミック粉末の含有量が0.1〜75質量%であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の光反射基材。
- 波長400〜800nmにおける平均光反射率が80%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の光反射基材。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の光反射基材を用いたことを特徴とする発光デバイス。
- ガラス粉末とRNb2O6結晶粉末および/またはR4Nb2O9結晶粉末を含む混合粉末からなることを特徴とする光反射基材用材料。
- 組成として少なくともROを含有するガラス粉末とNb2O5粉末を含む混合粉末からなることを特徴とする光反射基材用材料。
- RがCaであることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の光反射基材用材料。
- 請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の光反射基材用材料を用いたことを特徴とする光反射基材用グリーンシート。
