Claims (5)
- 第1ケース(12)と、
前記第1ケース(12)に結合される第2ケース(13)と、
両端をそれぞれ前記第1ケース(12)および前記第2ケース(13)に支持されて駆動輪に接続された変速軸(15)と、
前記変速軸(15)に固定されたパーキングギヤ(21)と、
前記パーキングギヤ(21)に係合して前記変速軸(15)の回転を拘束可能なパーキングポール(23)と、
前記第2ケース(13)の内壁面に固定されたカバー部材(29)とを備える変速機であって、
前記第1ケース(12)に前記第2ケース(13)を結合した状態で前記カバー部材(29)は該第1ケース(12)内に突出して前記パーキングギヤ(21)の外周面に僅かな隙間を介して嵌合し、前記第1ケース(12)に前記第2ケース(13)を組み付ける過程で、前記カバー部材(29)は前記パーキングギヤ(21)の外周面に案内されることを特徴とする変速機。 - 前記パーキングポール(23)の中間部を揺動自在に支持する支軸(22)と、前記パーキングポール(23)の一端側に形成されて前記パーキングギヤ(21)に係合可能な係止爪(23a)と、前記パーキングポール(23)の他端側に形成されて作動部材(26)により押圧される被押圧部(23b)と、前記カバー部材(29)の外周面に形成されて前記係止爪(23a)が進入可能な第1開口部(29d)とを備え、前記支軸(22)から前記係止爪(23a)までの距離と、前記支軸(22)から前記被押圧部(23b)までの距離とを異ならせたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記カバー部材(29)の外周面は、前記第1開口部(29d)よりも下方に位置する第2開口部(29e)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の変速機。
- 前記カバー部材(29)は、その外周面から放射状に突出する複数の腕部(29f〜29i)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の変速機。
- 前記変速軸(15)を予め組み付けた前記第1ケース(12)に、前記カバー部材(29)を予め組み付けた前記第2ケース(13)を結合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の変速機。
