Description
Claims (3)
- モータ軸(14)及びモータピニオン(16)を備えた電気的な駆動モータ(12)と、
前記モータピニオン(16)に噛み合う出力歯車(20)を備えた中間軸(18)と、
中間軸(18)に設けられた中間軸ピニオン(19)に噛み合う駆動歯車(24)及び偏心体(26)を備えた偏心体軸(22)と、
バルブプレート(32)、バルブロッド(34)及び前記偏心体(26)が係合するリンク(28)を備えたバルブ駆動装置とを有する、
内燃機関の排気ガス再循環用の自動車排気ガス再循環バルブ装置(10)において、
前記中間軸(18)は、前記偏心体(26)と前記リンク(28)とが前記駆動モータ(12)のすぐ隣に位置するように、前記偏心体軸(22)の側方に隣り合って配置されており、前記中間軸(18)と前記偏心体軸(22)とを取り囲む前記伝動装置ケーシング(38)内に、前記リンク(28)の位置を検出するポジションセンサ装置(50)が配置されており、前記ポジションセンサ装置(50)は、前記リンク(28)の位置を検出するリニアセンサを有していることを特徴とする、内燃機関の排気ガス再循環用の自動車排気ガス再循環バルブ装置。 - 前記バルブロッド(34)は、駆動モータ(12)を収容する駆動モータケーシング(40)と、モータピニオン(16)、出力歯車(20)、中間軸(18)及び駆動歯車(24)を収容する伝動装置ケーシング(38)とにより形成される長手方向延在部の全長(58)を3つに分けたうちの真ん中の部分に配置されている、請求項1記載の自動車排気ガス再循環バルブ装置。
- 前記自動車排気ガス再循環バルブ装置(10)全体の重心に対する前記バルブロッド(34)の半径方向距離(46)は、前記駆動モータケーシング(40)と前記伝動装置ケーシング(38)とにより形成される長手方向延在部の全長(58)の4分の1よりも短い、請求項1又は2記載の自動車排気ガス再循環バルブ装置。
